Rice is always bland and the meat is always drenched in salt. On top of that the service is always horrible with mainly children working there. When you come for food expect a 15 min wait plus. Would rather eat at the chipotle in steelyard

This is by far the worst Chipotle location I’ve been to. The staff is consistently slow, unfriendly, and often out of basic menu items. When I asked for vinaigrette or chimichurri sauce, I was told they were out of both: only to watch the employee hand one to the customer behind me moments later. The store itself is filthy, and the food prep area where they make your order is always disgusting. It’s clear management has no control or understanding of how to run a restaurant. There’s zero sense of preparation, cleanliness, or planning: they seem to lack even basic forecasting or common sense. Overall, this location is disorganized, unprofessional, and a complete disappointment every time. Do yourself a favor just drive up the street to the Middleburg location.

1 star. It was to my dissatisfaction to find out that 3 time bean scooping champ - Spender had retired😢. When I got there the workers were slaving over a hot stove instead of contributing to their 2k crews and that made me really sad. This generation is slowly being sold away to these corporations. I asked for 6-7 scoops and they said that it would cost extra. Absolutely ridonculous.

Meg wrapped the best burrito I’ve ever had and it only cost a quarter! Dom was there attempting the 100 burrito challenge and he said keep the coming! I cheered him as I ate my delicious burrito. Only complaint is that it was too spicy and there was a mountain of dandruff in my food.

Consistency is an issue here. They are low or out of most product here. Staff is outside or talking in the back . Everyone is friends so no one says anything- I walked out twice here went down to the one on Bagley in Middleburg. New restaurant but very poor management- I left a message with corporate but not one call back??

I just left, they had NO CARNE ASADA, NO CHEESE, NO GUACAMOLE, NO FAJITA VEG, NO CHIPS!!! Management sucks here, people are NEVER TRAINED RIGHT! 2 hours before you close and OUT OF MOST OF THEIR ITEMS.

Haven’t been to a Chipotle in about a year; have been wondering why their stock is tanking; and now I know why, on both accounts.
Ordered a simple burrito bowl to go. They provided me no napkins, no utensils (Sans plastic fork, I wound up eating it with my Giant Eagle card, I kid you not…). Once little details like these dissipate, the bigger details diminish, and the lukewarm food attests to that.
Upon further review, the facility was filthy, and every worker—in contrast to the hey day of Chipotle—looked totally apathetic. Take a cue from Maya across the street on what a work ethic looks like.
Turn me over, stick a fork in me, I’m done…

This is by far the worst chipotle around. 9 times out of 10 im upset with the look, taste and portion size that I received. I got a burrito with light rice and extra of everything else. I swear to you that it was the size of a baseball. I was so mad i went up there and saod this is a joke right? The manager agreed it was crazy small but also said i got light rice as if that was a reason. Dont ever go through the drive through bc its worse than the inside line. I started to think this was all chipotles until I went to the north olmsted location again today. North O's was fantastic! Its exactly what you would expect. It was so good I had to make this review to let the people know. You should boycott the brand new chipotle on bagley road next to marcs grocery store. 0/10.

I’ve been to this chipotle a decent amount and I can honestly say this is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The workers are terrible at their job and the food is disgusting compared to any other chipotle. Highly recommend not going to this chipotle if possible. I would rate it 0 stars if I could.

The guy making the food was super rude along with the girl who cashed me out. save your time and go to a chipotle that actually have people with good work ethic. Food was cold too but why go up to the cash register when they would huff and puff.
