Be sure to not arrive early for your pick up. If they have an empty dining room and no line they will not start your order if you are early. They just stood there doing nothing and would not make my order. This generation really needs to learn customer service. I worked at fast food before and common sense would say to please just make the order not just stand there with nothing to do.

Negative I normally do not do. This has nothing to do with the food, the Manager! I walked into Chipotle and stood there behind another customer, waiting for service, this is at 4 pm, not closing time. No customers but 3. A few minutes go by and I asked the cook what's going on? He shrugs his shoulders. A couple more minutes, Manager says, if you didn't order on line we can't serve you? What, come on! Just left Subway, they don't have any fresh veggies, so they won't serve anyone. I just chuckled, but Chipotle, your open, I see 5 employees and you can't help 3 customers. I'll go to any other Chipotle, outside my city I guess. I never heard of such a thing. China House here I come?
Berea Chipotle, you have 2 stars for a reason. Took out a lot of shops to build this place, get it together?

Berea location on Bagley Rd. 7:30 on a Saturday night. No one acknowledged we were there. The employee sweeping asked where the 2nd line person was. Eventually someone else came forward to prepare our orders. Very poorly managed store. At the very least someone should have said we'll be with you shortly... It seemed a bother for the employee to 'slap' our order together. When I mentioned the guac cup wasn't even filled totally, the cashier commented "it's not like it's going in our paychecks." Really??? We felt totally ignored and not at all valued as customers. Unfortunately, we will travel further to a better run Chipotle!

Got two bowls, bowls were half filled. Food was tasteless and bland. Usually we can have a whole bowl with leftovers, we were both finished within 10 minutes. Workers are rude. Overall the worst experience we’ve had at a chipotle.

This place is a joke - the dude who wrapped my burrito today has been there for months and he couldn’t roll my burrito to save his life. Honestly crazy for the price they want to charge. Just get the bowl if you go here or just don’t go period because Chipotle isn’t doing too much when it comes to training these folks.

Just ordered food at this location and our rice was rock hard and this is not the first time. Please cook your rice longer because when it's hard it ruins the entire burrito.

I got the burrito and it was good, I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews for this location, the only thing the portions are a little smaller I see alot of people complaining about that, I wish they left the bar that was here and didn’t tear it down.
Absolutely terrible. I ordered a pickup order and they didn't even put it on the PICKUP shelf. So I waited for 10 minutes Before I actually had to get in the line and wait even longer. The 2 girls making the pick up orders are just sitting there talking and it was done the entire time just sitting on their counter! They could have atleast had a sign that told you to go to the counter. Not to mention they were out of cheese and sour cream.

Consistently running out of main proteins and toppings before the dinner rush starts is not a winning strategy. I’ve left disappointed 4 out of the 5 times I’ve come to this location and will not come back. I Do not recommend this location unless you want a fraction of the items you intend to get in your order.

They are under staffed in the evening and were taking forever for a mobile order. DoorDash and Uber drivers were waiting longer than me. Hire more people and stop skimping on food, they get more than enough business to cover for it

Also, even though I am standing right in front of you, give the least amount of rice and meat I've EVER seen. This is literally the worst chipolte I have ever experienced.
The last 2 times I’ve used the drive thru window here they got my order wrong….next time I’m in the mode for Chipotle I’ll just go to the Middleburg Heights location and avoid the Berea one altogether.

I went into the restaurant and was told that I could be helped in 45 minutes because they didn't have enough staff because three people were in the drive-thru and one person was prepping and they didn't have anyone to run the inside of the store. I don't even know why I try Chipotle anymore halftime when I go there they're out of everything that I want and this is ridiculous

Went in to order food and was told they are not serving walk in customs only online orders. I will never recommend any one to ever go to this location ever again. We all know the only reason why they want online orders is so they can charge you a service fee and give the smallest amount of food possible.
