We went here for donuts one morning. They didn't really have many donuts, so we got some kind of blueberry cake thing. I didn't think I would like it, but it was so delicious. The price was really affordable too. They could get away with charging more. But I do appreciate the low price.

What a beautiful bakery. As soon as you walk in you can feel the love and positive energy that everybody provides. And the food is delicious. Because I wanted to give such a good review I was forced to sample many items! Sometimes I really have to sacrifice. Lol. The items that were supposed to be flaky or the perfect consistency of flaky and firm. The structure had the feel of light and airy but strong and well maintained. You could tell that the owner truly loves their baked goods. I cannot recommend this place enough. My mother's side of the family is Mennonite and so I grew up with aunts and Grandma's constantly baking. And I can say with full certainty that these baked items were on par with them. Please, please, don't take my word for it and go find out yourself.
Can't get a better date nut cake anywhere. Fabulous bakery options are available for other tastes.

The recipe for the frosting has changed since Bakers Bakery has had it. I knew the ingredients because it was given to me before I moved and have been making it ever since. It was light and fluffy and not sweet. It was cream colored and not white. I was a good customer back then and moved to Florida iñ 1985. So when I came up for a visit and my sister had gotten a cake and cupcakes I was surprised when I tasted it and how sweet it was. We all bought cakes from Bakers Bakery for christnings, birthdays, and holidays. Not to mention the cake bars and a cake when we wanted one. Not the same. Why did they change it?

This is the old baker's bakery family ! With that being said, the date but cake is the best.

Hands down the worst bakery I have ever tried. The peanut butter cookies and buckeyes were horrible. They tasted old and dusty! 100% not a fan!
The absolute best Date NUT cake I have ever tasted! Their pastries are surpassed by none and you must try their glazed croissants
