worst dunkin ever , normally Im not a complainer , but on more then one occasion they've messed up my orders , I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt , but they've continually made messed up my orders , here's a pic of the last coffee I received , somehow they always forget to add the sugar and cream , do yourself a favor , go elsewhere

Went here fairly early in the morning, And was greeted with friendly employees. Very smooth process, the drinks were made as requested, they were polite and it felt like we spent less than 2 minutes in line.

Shout out to the girl busting her ass making food orders by herself. No shout outs for anyone else though, I had a problem with my food where someone else took it and when i asked another employee she refused to help. I was told to ask the woman making food as it was “her problem”, how am I expected to get the attention of the person working hardest, by yelling at her? How about some team work and taking a second to help a customer.

I order multiple times a day. Always do mobile order and my order is hardly ever ready by the time I get there ( 5-10 minutes ) Even with little to no cars in the lot and no customers in the building. Especially in the afternoon. And if I order donuts with it they never get them so I have to stand wave someone down to get their attention. I’ve been starting my day earlier and have noticed the coffee before 8 am is super watered down. It’s gross and I never end up finishing it considering it’s warm water and cream. This is the closest location but I’d rather go out of my way to the one in Brook Park. They have a line out in the street for a reason.

Never had a problem with asking for light ice and other places filling up to the top with milk but this place every single time is very frugal with giving out alittle more, I ask for light Ice and every time the cup is half full every time. Dosent matter who works it's always half empty when asking for light ice and they tell you that you would need to purchase another order of coffee is you want extra milk
