All of the staff here are SO nice and always put a smile on my face!! I usually get a decent size order with multiple drinks and food items and it’s always ready super fast no matter how long the line is :)

Whenever I go to this Dunkin. The workers usually overwhelmed and sometimes a little rude. One guy in particular. However this morning when I went he was so angry for whatever reason, and decided to slam my coffee on the counter and cracked the cup. Coffee exploded everywhere on the floor, the counter and my shoes. It took my saying excuse me 5 times for him to hear me, then he made 3 drinks before he even remade mine, the one he decided to slam down a break.

I think a new person made my drink in the morning as it wasn’t good, when it normally is. Was on my way to work so I couldn’t get it remade, came back at lunch time and they remade it with no hesitation. They were very kind about it, definitely made my day a lot better! Thank you!

worst dunkin ever , normally Im not a complainer , but on more then one occasion they've messed up my orders , I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt , but they've continually made messed up my orders , here's a pic of the last coffee I received , somehow they always forget to add the sugar and cream , do yourself a favor , go elsewhere

Went here fairly early in the morning, And was greeted with friendly employees. Very smooth process, the drinks were made as requested, they were polite and it felt like we spent less than 2 minutes in line.

Shout out to the girl busting her ass making food orders by herself. No shout outs for anyone else though, I had a problem with my food where someone else took it and when i asked another employee she refused to help. I was told to ask the woman making food as it was “her problem”, how am I expected to get the attention of the person working hardest, by yelling at her? How about some team work and taking a second to help a customer.
This place NEVER get my order right….. I don’t know why I keep going there to be honest. My order is a medium hot coffee with 5 and 5. What’s soooooo hard about it………….. I don’t go here go Middleburg.
