Was at Grindstone 12/20/24 to see Bosco Jigs who was amazing. We nicely asked our waitress to clean our table and as she was spraying our table, she was also spraying us. We commented that she had gotten us wet and she proceeds to spray again, also spraying us again. She had a very bad attitude! Won’t be back!

We just left Grindstone (Saturday night) and had such an excellent experience. The booths are uncomfortable at the bar but the service (bartender and server) were exceptional! The meatball app is fabulous. I had the buffalo chichen salad and my hubby had the fish sandwich, both were good. But our server was so fantastic, kind, and knowledgeable about the food too. We didn't really wait for anything, the staff was on top of it and they were so amazing. :)

We have loved coming to the Grindstone's early Sunday show (5-8pm) on multiple occasions to see Blue Evolution, including 11/17 for their 50th performance at the Grindstone. The dance floor & seating space are very generous. Adding in the big screen TV's for football & the Cavs is just another added bonus. We always enjoy the food, drink, & prices. The service is also always top-notch, including Sunday when Matt T took care of us without missing a beat.

Was there for private event, not l but food served (pizza, chicken fingers, salad) was decent and beer selection was pretty good. Bartenders/staff couldn't have been nicer. Have to try menu items in the future.

My friend and I showed up for ace molar band Friday and had a table that 1 server told us she'd be back and never came back then went to tables around us that showed up after us, so we went to the bartender and got waited on immediately...... then asked a different server for a menu and they never came back and given the other tables around us that showed up after us their menus first, so needles to say thankfully 2 seats opened up at bar and went their. Then noticed the 2 servers were behind the bar getting drinks that shouldn't be happening ( way under staffed for a night like this) The bartender deserves a freaking raise she completely worked her butt off that night and was on top of things all night. I don't recommend going their when a busy night like this again.

This place is fine to go to watch a band or watch a game but the most hidden secret here is their wedding soup. I'm third generation Italian and this was the best wedding soup I've ever had. I will be back.

Definitely do NOT recommend! Worst service & horrible attitude from all employees but especially the girl supposed to be our server, who didn't want to work and was incredible oblivious to everything she should have been doing and needed to be doing! Impossible to get drink refills, or any corrections to the food which we presume was ordered incorrectly by the inept "server", and trying to even get boxes for the subpar food and then the check to just get out of this crappy place was a task!!! One that we had to take on, to actively seek out an employee willing to give to-go containers, and then attempt to even find the "server" who was beyond unaware and just downright stupid! Beware, don't even waste your time or money.

Terrible service and overall unprofessional employees! Server was entirely uninterested in doing anything remotely related to serving or ensuring anything to do with her job was completed. Tables were being cleared around us while we waited for issues with the food which was finally brought over after waiting far too long for it, and in the incorrect serving order too- with appetizers & a kids meal needing to be brought over first. When we were sick of waiting for this incompetent employee, we got up 3-4 times to attempt to get service from a bartender who was also not easily found or at all willing to assist but when they did it was quite begrudgingly done. Only decent thing was the food, but even that couldn't come out correctly, probably also due to the horrendous service when the server failed to put in the order the way we had asked to begin with! Never any attempt to apologize for the multiple inconveniences, and errors! And, when time to get the check had to actively seek out the idiotic server who was confused who we were and again totally bothered to be asked to complete her job's task!! Kids meals are also supposed to come with ice cream- per their menu, but when we were able to also ask about that, they were apparently out of ice cream, again with no concern for that or offer other options! 🙄 Not at all kid friendly whatsoever either! Absolutely awful!!!
