The only chocolate option was vegan and dairy free.... that's not real food. Also, could not put my own toppings on. Employee put way too much on so I ended up purchasing an amount of food, I did not want. I will not be back.

If I could give it no stars I would. I got chocolate vegan ice cream and vanilla vegan ice cream with the vegan Oreos as a topping. 5 minutes into eating it I had an allergic reaction(I’m allergic to dairy.) I told the employee I was having a reaction and she couldn’t care less. She said they don’t change the labels when they clean the machine so something was probably switched and she went back to her phone. That’s absolutely insane to me that she couldn’t care less about me having a reaction to the yogurt that was supposed to be vegan but never actually was. Will absolutely not be going back.
Edit: because it won’t let me respond to the owner. That’s crazy you don’t realize you have labels on the machine that says vegan and non vegan if you saw the video you would see I went to both the vegan options. Don’t cover for your employee when you know you’re in the wrong. I’ll gladly reach out to a health department about this

I've heard about this place before and stopped in a few years ago. Back then I thought I was pretty good. Went again when I was in town this time and it actually blew me away how Tracy the frozen yogurt is. My brother was with me and he would not shut up the whole way home about it. He's 52.

I came in hoping for a treat and left totally disappointed. The yogurt machine worked fine, but when it came time for toppings (which the staff puts on for you), I ended up with a disaster. The Sour Patch Kids they gave me were stale and chewy in the worst way — like they’d been sitting in an open bag for weeks. To make things worse, the frozen yogurt started melting before I even sat down, so it turned into a sticky mess. For a place that only handles half the process, you’d think they could at least keep their candy fresh. Not worth the stop.

I love, love, love your vegan chocolate froyo and vegan hot fudge. Sincerely enjoy eating this froyo and consider it a treat when I can have it. I also love the red velvet, crushed Oreos and strawberries! You sincerely make a fat girl happy. Very yummy.

The Igloo is amazing. This is the first time i've visited a place that served frozen yogurt. I went two times in one week. Once with my girlfriend, second time with my mother. It's a place you MUST experience. There are different frozen yogurts that rotates and every flavor tastes great along with the toppings you can add. If you're in Berea, OH please stop by you will not be disappointed.

Very small place. Too many hand written signs everywhere. Made it difficult to make a selection. Limited seating. The tables/chairs available are not too sturdy. The fro yo itself was decent.
