Everything was cooked to perfection. They followed all directions, perfect amount of sauce, cooked well done and plenty of toppings. Boneless chicken wings were delicious with plenty of sauce. Delivery man was friendly (I give home 5 stars as well).

My first and last time to order delivery from here. When I ordered they said it could be up to an hour for delivery. The pizza was delivered right at one and a half hours after ordering. My problem was that the pizza was barely lukewarm. It’s hard to judge the quality of a pizza when it’s not close to warm

This Marco's is normally on point. Last night it wasn't. Our pizza did not have the extra corrugated piece of cardboard under it that it always does. The one the pizza gets cut on, on the cutting table before its put in the box. Because of that the pizza got cut in the box and leaked grease on the seats in my truck.

Feel like I was punished for coming in to pick up my pizza. The woman at the register got flustered when her system froze while I was trying to pay. They had to restart that register. I was made to wait behind 5 other customers, the woman at checkout was literally calling them over before me even when I tried to say something. A worker noticed how long I had been there and tried to say something to the manager on shift, he just shrugged it off. I felt like I was apologizing for the inconvenience more than they were. How does a pizza pickup become a 25 minute ordeal where I feel like I was a burden to a place of business?
