Service is usually slow, had to walk out without the food I paid for because it was over 20 mins and I did not have time. Drive through in the evening is awful, 15 mins wait for a single sandwich because they are purposefully understaffed. Buns have been stale on more than one occasion

Ridiculous. I was having trouble with the app no one could figure it out. The app took my rewards points and I paid for what should have been redeemed. Ask for ketchup they gave me 20 packets. Food cost issues. Teach your staff !!!!

Terribly slow staff and the bathroom ALWAYS smells like the elephant house at rhe zoo. It smells even when nobody's gone in it. I always use it as I wait for Doordash orders and could GAG every time!
