I don’t understand why it’s so insanely difficult for them to figure out what they’re doing. I just spent $4.50 on a large caramel latte just for half the cup to be empty and most of what was in there was foam. I understand it’s a bunch of young kids working there but jeez how dumb do you have to be to hand out a half empty coffee.

Have tried to order from the drive through twice when they are open late and no one has taken my order. Would give 0 stars if I could. Why say you're open if you aren't going to serve customers?

We ordered 4 cheeseburgers and we got the delivered all without a single piece of meat on them!!!! The Manager seemed unapologetic and turned it back to me to fix the issue. If I paid for delivery and a tip and you mess it up, why must I be responsible to fix the issue. If you guys can't even remember to put meat on a burger, you really need to evaluate yourself.

I’ve never waited less than 10-15 minutes for a mobile drive thru order at this location. It stinks that this is the closest location to my home, but it’s honestly faster to drive to another location a few miles further away.

Employees constantly yelling at each other and fighting or Managers yelling at employees and degrading them. Multiple times I’ve ordered burgers and I get them without the meat. I don’t know if the workers here think it’s funny or they just don’t understand how to read an order ticket.

Overall 1 star. The manager must just like little kids because the only people that work there are high schoolers. They mess up every order ever. I even do it through the app every single time. Apparently that's too difficult as well... They forget sauce every single time I go. Not exaggerating either. Then when you ask for the sauce that you already paid for they try and charge you 15 cents. My favorite part is I ALWAYS ask for my receipt. They messed up my order so I grab the receipt. THEY CAN'T EVEN GIVE YOU THE RIGHT RECIPT. I was given a receipt for a single BBQ sauce.....So I have to sit there and go in my email just so i don't have to pay 15 cents. At least taco bell down the street gives you a paper with a phone number to call if they miss an item. I have been going to this same location for 10 years and it hasn't changed. It's officially a management issue. The guy only hires kids. They either do it on purpose because they don't like you or they are just plain dumb. I've worked there so i know everything i order pops up on the screen. how hard is it to put it all in the bag???? They can't even leave ice out when you ask for NO ice. I go back around the line to get my drink with no ice and they hand me another drink WITH ice. So i got 3 drinks for free because they can't figure out how to put no ice???? If i wanted 3 drinks don't you think i would have bought 3? i don't need 3 damn drinks for free. This place sucks and nothing is ever right. They need a new manager because clearly this guy likes kids. Awful location.

I went to the keyosk and placed my order at 10:25 and waiting for about 15 minutes before anyone could put my order into the system. Everyone else was getting their order but no one was running the cash register. Then they tell me that they ran out of breakfast while serving other people breakfast. I got out at 10:50. Maby if someone was managing the register there wouldn't be a line. Do it right or people will stop comming.

Service always takes forever at this location, doesn’t matter time of day. Also I think they may have started outsourcing their drive thru order takers. Keep hearing heavy accents and they somehow can never understand the simple items I order. Don’t have these issues with other locations, it’s worth the drive into Middleburg if you want McDonalds.

Came here to order for my kid they told me to hold on a second which is super rude and secondly after telling me to hold on a second a door dasher pulled up in the other lane and they took them. Horrible customer service. This was at 9:50pm like if you hate your job just quit
