I usually order from Marcos but had a coupon for LG Specialty for $12.99(3.99) service fee for delivery...never again. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak pizza. It took 1hr 15m and was subpar. Crust was kinda old tasting and you could hardly see or taste the meat. Sauce was average at best.

Just received my two small pizzas half an hour late lukewarm at best I didn't know they didn't have their own drivers when I ordered got a message a while later that it was doordash and unfortunately he didn't speak English needless to say I will never order another Pizza actually anything from this Papa John's in Berea ever again

Ordered 2 large pizzas app said pizza was delivered at 7:06 I looked no pizza so I call I was informed the app was wrong and my pizzas were on their way. 30 minutes later still no pizzas I call again she says they are a couple minutes away another 25 minutes passed and still no pizzas. This is the second time this has happened to me this place needs to be shut down. The service and management is horrific. Please do not order from here.

Never use this store. Took 25 minute from the time the tracker said it was being delivered to actually get the order delivered. Called the store to talk to manager Carrie, who said the tracker wasn't accurate and the pizza just left the store. Well by the looks of the pizza she is not telling the truth. It was barely warm. Tried calling back two times to ask for manager again and they hung up the phone without answering. I will be calling store tomorrow and ask for the owner.

Awful. I order a regular pizza and it is barely cooked so I ordered this one well done and it was burnt to a crisp like eating cardboard. Not even sure how Dominos could call this location their own. Just a complete you know what show. Never order from here …

Very understaffed and slow, parking is usually impossible due to the students and requires parking further away at the bank which is not fun during the rain or snow. Pizza was a bit undercooked as well

But on the flip side if I was that young lady I would have walked out and told management at what ever level how pathetic they are. It’s sad to see a multi million corp with plenty of time to correct this staffing problem. With millions of people trying to get jobs but there to cheap and greedy to pay more and solve the problem.
Ordered two large pizzas and a 16 piece wing. One pepperoni and one sausage. Ordered the garlic crust with the sausage one. The pepperoni one had all the pep in the middle on top of each other. The sausage one barely had any sausage on it and it looked like someone dumped the garlic seasoning over the top of the entire pizza. Wings had barely any sauce on them, in fact it only looked like they put the wings in the box and put some sauce in the center. I guess it could have been worse, last order of wings had no sauce at all. Last chance from me

This is the first and last time I order from papa John’s. This is a joke. Pizza completely undercooked and the so called boneless wings are a few nuggets with a sprinkle of sauce. I mean it’s not hard to put the chicken nuggets in a bowl and shake it around in some sauce. Any 4 year old can do that much. I have never seen a pizza place with this poor quality In pizza and so called wings. Extremely disappointed as I wasted $45

Picking up for DoorDash I waited 15 minutes for my order and was handed a pizza and right as I was about to leave was told it was the wrong pizza and mine would be another 10 minutes I had a second order to pick up from a different restaurant and I Lost out on a $10 tip from that order. I don’t know whose fault it was but that’s kind of ridiculous considering I was One of two orders in the whole place. If management reads this you can ask anybody who was working at 7:30 PM on 3/21/24. Even the employees looked at the girl like this guy has been waiting forever…
