Pizza was terrible. Had an off taste to it and wasn’t cooked all the way. I get it’s a chain pizza but it should still be edible.

this pizza hut is always out of somthing and if you order close to clossing time they will call and say they have oven problems or all out of deep dish the workers just dont like to work! has happened multiple times

Rude as hell The store closes at 11 PM and I walked in at 10:30 and as soon as I walked in the guy up front tells me I’m not taking any orders.i close in 10 minutes. I said well the app doesn’t say that he didn’t even make me finish and he kept repeating I’m not taking any orders.

They switched up their call in orders. It’s terrible to reach someone you can understand, who understands you, and i had to hang up and call back three times to get someone who knew about the product. By the time i was done i was too late to order as they were not taking deliveries and longer. On two different occasions i called the berea Loacation when they still had well over an hour to take deliveries and the manager of the evening told me they were closing. I’m sad, where i moved from, i loved that Pizza Hut.

Awful. Ordered pasta never got it. Outsources their phone calls to a call center in Miami. No one answered the phone out 24.99. Hope it burns down

Haven’t had Pizza Hut pizza in a while. Just moved in to our new place so we thought we would order a pizza for dinner This was possibly the worst pizza I’ve had in many years. There was barely any sauce, barely any cheese, barely any sausage and barely any onions. It was a dry mess and it was barely luke warm. What a disappointment. Won’t be ordering Pizza Hut pizza anymore.
Jarod & Dave did awesome job. Great customer service had surgery Was a little Cranky sounding due to rough surgery did not mean to but they were completely kind understanding and helpful when any other restaurant would not have been kind patient and understanding that I’ve ever been to they went out of their way to give excellent customer service. These are how All workers should work. They deserve a raise. Never have I ever gotten such great customer service from any other Pizza place. absolutely remarkable. There was a slatemixup in the in the pizza and they corrected it fast properly and happy to do so It was great outstanding customer service and went out of their way to make sure that I was happy as a customer. My new favorite pizza place will be coming here just because of how great these too are I never ever write reviews, but but just because of how great they were, I came on here the right one. I really hope the boss will congratulate them or show some type of recognition because they really do deserve it thank you guys very much
