I bought donuts from here for a work meeting I did not get photos but they were some amazing donuts. My staff asked if we can get them more often

Terrible customer service. The young kids worker were very rude and I was embarrassed my children saw people acting this way while representing a business. I also felt after the terrible experience that the donuts were stale.

The glazed donut was absolutely delicious! Also the employee went out of his way in the area of customer service. We had car problems and were at a gas station across the street and he allowed us to use the restroom and gave us water because it was extremely hot out. I feel like he went above and beyond and we truly appreciate that. Plus we love the donuts!

Absolutely love their donuts. They aren't as heavy as some competitors. They're the only donuts I buy for my children's birthdays or any events. Especially their crullers and apple fritters

I know Spud it’s is well known in Berea for having great donuts, but I must say that EVERY time I go in there I am met with the absolute worst customer service ever!!! I mean, he’s, I bet waited on and my order gets filled, but NEVER do the girls that serve you say “ good morning” or “ thank you and have a great day”….they don’t even look at you… all they care about is getting you in and out… I was in there this morning at 730 and there was only one person ahead of me…she treated him the exact same way, “ what else, what else, what else, is that all??? “ I’m not asking for anything out of the ordinary. Just act like you appreciate my business please…$24.00 for a dozen donuts!!! I think you can say thank you and we appreciate your business.
