The BW location is a hidden gem for Starbucks fanatics on the west side! Early morning, there is ample parking out front for quick grab-and-go, and drinks are always made quickly. Mingling with the sleepy college folk when I'm 2 hours into my day and commuting for my corporate gig is an added amusement!

I’m a college student at BW. Today was a particularly good day for me, and I ended up visiting Starbucks twice. When I picked up my drinks, it made my day to see that one of the employees wrote “enjoy!” on my cup the two separate times I came. This little gesture really made my day. I really wanted to share this because something so small put the biggest smile on my face. It really is the small things in life. I hope whoever wrote on my drinks has the most amazing week ever.

I ordered a blonde and specifically said it 3x while ordering to be sure they got it. When I got my drink it clearly wasn’t blonde roast. I asked is this blonde roast and the chick looked at me stupidly and said we don’t have blonde roast right now. You should have told me that when I said i wanted that 3x while ordering. The chick looked at me then walked away didn’t even apologize or give me a refund.
