Literally the worst Starbucks ever. I wish they would tear this down and open up a ma or pa coffee place. What kind of business closes at 4 PM in the middle of the day? They never make your drinks right or give you the extra add-ons that you’re paying for and they are always closed on random days that they decide they want to be closed on. It’s embarrassing honestly.

i said hello to the barista and she ignored me and kept laughing with her friends then just asked me “what do you want”. she repeated my order back to me and somehow still got it wrong. my drink came out fast though, unfriendly workers.

The BW location is a hidden gem for Starbucks fanatics on the west side! Early morning, there is ample parking out front for quick grab-and-go, and drinks are always made quickly. Mingling with the sleepy college folk when I'm 2 hours into my day and commuting for my corporate gig is an added amusement!

I’m a college student at BW. Today was a particularly good day for me, and I ended up visiting Starbucks twice. When I picked up my drinks, it made my day to see that one of the employees wrote “enjoy!” on my cup the two separate times I came. This little gesture really made my day. I really wanted to share this because something so small put the biggest smile on my face. It really is the small things in life. I hope whoever wrote on my drinks has the most amazing week ever.
