The food is great, most of the workers, are great. It’s all great until you get the woman that can’t even speak English and she mumbles every word and she has to wait for the other girl to answer for her because nobody can understand what she’s saying. I asked her to toast my bread about 5 times and guess what, it ended up NOT BEING TOASTED by her. I ask for mayo, she puts mayo, she says “is that good?” I say yes. Then she puts EVEN MORE. Hire people that can speak the language of the country that we live in, because I wasn’t aware I needed google translate to order a sandwich.

I had a real bad experience. They give you a promotion just To get you to come there and don't give you the promotion. It is fast advertising in the app. It says order one sandwich.
And get the same sandwich for free. That's not the case you have to order 2 sandwiches. In order to get one free, it was a waste of my time and I would never order there.

It's easy to see why they don't have much business. Ordered from the app, was charged incorrectly, and our subs were dry and tasteless. The cookies were good though. We're done!

It was a hot day and I wanted to grab a lunch and sit down at the table and eat. All the chairs were up on the table. My friend asked if we could eat at the table, and she was told no. Because she had to mop. Why in the world do you have to mop at 3:00 in the afternoon when there's nothing on the floor that you need to mop up. Your customers wanted to eat inside at a table.
Can't you wait till you're about to close to mop? I could understand if there was pop on the floor and you had to clean it up, but there was nothing there!! Needless to say I wasn't very happy, so we left and found somewhere else to eat our lunch.

The young guys working are super friendly but obvious frustrated with being stuck in the middle of poor ownership and upset customers. The soda fountain is not working since the new store opened because the owner just doesn’t want to hook it up and buy the products. They would rather sell bottles. The store is out of tomatoes for days. Owner won’t let employees walk 100ft to Marc’s grocery store and buy tomatoes. We’re not coming back here anytime soon. 3 times now dealing with silly issues they should have fixed with a brand new store.
