Employees and managers are beyond rude. They have yet to rectify a situation that happened over a week ago now. Every time we come to this location it is a problem with orders not being correct, long wait times, and poor service.

Awful! You can be the only car in the drive thru and still wait 40 min. The order is ALWAYS wrong! This store has been a mess since it opened. They close early because they have no staff. Waited 20 min, order wrong and we get a free taco coupon & this taco.

Yikes! This location went downhill in a hurry, and that's a bummer. While I've had some subpar experiences there, today's visit was the worst ever. After listening to a kitchen employee loudly rant about the unchanged oil and poor quality of the product, I awkwardly sat outside the drive-thru window for a very long time debating whether or not I should even take my food. For the recent negative reviews about ordering ahead of time on the app Go through the drive through, of course it's a delayed service time when you go inside to pick it up, the workers are trying to multitask between keeping up with drive through & inside restaurants orders
Love that when you order through the app, they have a separate drive through line when picking up your order
The store manager is such a sweetheart down to earth friendly lady!
To guarantee fresh quality orders, they do not make mobile orders ahead of time

Do yourself a favor and pick a different location. If you order ahead and go through the drive through, they take all the drive ups before they even get to you in the separate line. Then if you order ahead and go in to pick it up, it’s NEVER ready. And you stand at the counter and get BLATANTLY IGNORED. If you’re lucky to get someone’s attention, usually your food isn’t even made yet, and when they make it, you hardly get anything inside of your food. It’s the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.

We love coming to this Taco Bell for late-night food! The dining area and tables are always clean, which makes for a pleasant experience. The staff is great, and Jessica, in particular, is always so nice and friendly. Her welcoming attitude makes our visits even better. Overall, a great place and We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Don't really grasp the point of ordering ahead with an app so the rare time they actually make it ahead of time, it's probably just sitting there. Every time I order ahead I end up waiting forever. What's the point. Learn how to cook and stop giving these places money.

And they don't care if they forget to give you stuff that you've paid for. They'll treat you like it's your fault. This location used to be pretty decent too. It's gone so far downhill. Try the location in Middleburg on Bagley. Avoid this one at all costs.
