Oh hey! I went to this bar to hear a band. I started talking to the bar patrons, NOT ANYONE AFFILIATED with the bar, but politics came up. The old guy to my right and I were jabber-jawing, and he disagreed with some gun safety laws that should be in place, his buddy overheard, and started yelling fake facts, of course, able to prove he was not as knowledgeable as he believed. Then the owner, Tina, came over and screamed for me to leave. I'm not sure why, but I started to go the door around to the outside area, and she SCREAMED at me. Again, I'm not sure why as I had paid for all my drinks and there was a patio. Mind you, the Trump boys were NEVER bothered. They were yelling at me repeatedly. I then again asked why I was being kicked out of her bar... I didn't start the political conversation, but I must not have had the owner's political agenda. Some random women said, "I said no politics at the bar... okay, weird BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT HAPPENEDS at a bar. Regardless, I had never spoken to this woman. I am going to stress that as a woman, minority, part of the LGBTQ community, or anyone, should NOT frequent this bar. It is NOT safe.

We go here regularly. Food is great. They have a variety from standard bar fare to entrees. Lots of specials can be found here. There's fun theme things going on besides jam nights, bands, karaoke. Great place and the owner is awesome.

Came to town for a convention and had 3 separate meals at the hydrant. The food is great, the beers are cold and the staff is incredible. Highly recommend playing the vintage bowling game…this place made my trip!
It's about my kind of atmosphere but this bar has a really good menu. We tried the fish and chips on a Friday and the landed card was really good. No fishy taste at all. Just really good cod. We upgraded the fries to tater tots and enjoyed those as well. The Guinness battered onion rings we had were well done and tasty, they also came with a horseradish aioli that was very tasty. The chicken wings were a mild garlic parmesan wings, jumbo wings and were really really good.

Bartender was great!Was dissapointing though we went there for the bloody mary bar on Saturday andthey said they could Not serve bloody marys because they had reserved all the stuff for a private event later on. Youd think the bar should at least stay stocked for regular guests since theyre still open.
