This is one of my favorite spots in berea. Their food is solid, their drinks are reasonably priced, and the bartenders are typically amazing. Today I had Jaime. She was very kind. Despite being out of the vodka I wanted for a shot she was very accommodating and knowledgeable for a tasty replacement. She is a peach.

I didn't even get to the food. I tried to place an order but because THEIR website menu was outdated the girl taking my order got such an attitude. There was no way they were getting my business. I really hope this wasn't management and if not I hope they see this. Apr. 24 3'50 ish p.m.
If I could go negative I would I wouldn't care if they were given the food away for free the girl on the phone was so rude I would never ever take my money there

Was super excited when I moved into the area and found this spot... but after a few visits, realized why it has the reputation it does! Not sure who is worse, the staff or patrons.
My bill is usually incorrect (extra drinks charged that aren't mine), patrons are either rude and aggressive or creepy. (Ladies, unless you like to be uncomfortable, I don't recommend going alone at night.) Food is good, but actually getting your order made correctly can sometimes be a struggle.
Unfortunate, because it has potential to be a great place.
