If ordering for pick up expect it to be ready 10minutes AFTER it says or the time you select. I placed an order for 6pm pick up and walked in 4min early and was told it would be 15min before it was ready. There was zero line so it’s not like they were busy.

imagine charging that much for buffalo ranch fries for it to just be fries topped with buffalo and bare minimum ranch? like are you serious. Contacted them like they asked and after going back and forth asking questions about when and what was wrong i got no response so i lowered their service score a notch. Update just ordered the voodoo fries and they came with no voodoo seasoning.

When we walked in the employee in the employee in the blue bandana asked if we were picking up an order, when we said no they rolled their eyes at us. They also kinda stared at us the whole time we were in there. Order only took 8 minutes tho which is like the best it’s ever taken. Food was rly good

Never been to a Wingstop bef9re and it is close toy home. I decided, sure let's try it. First, service was short handed but the 2 guys there, great. I order and pumped to try it when I get home. I get the garlic tenders and fries. Fries, amazing. Chicken, TERRIBLE at best. Grisly, so over done it didn't taste like chicken at all. They said they changed something about the tenders so if they were better before, bring those back because this was not good. As for comparing, Canes tenders blow WS away but Canes sadly doesn't have an array of sauces. I won't try it again, sorry

I don't know how other locations are, but the Berea Wingstop is very good. I never wait long for delivery, faster then pizza for sure. Wings are a nice size and the flavors are good. I like the Cajun, and the Voodoo Cheese Fries.
