I had 10 wings missing from my order from Uber eats. I called and talked to the so called manager Alex and he said there is nothing he can do and you have to call Uber eats. Uber eats says it’s not our fault you have to call the store. I’m pretty sure if the store forgets to put the 10 wings in your bag it’s the stores fault not Uber eats. I asked if i can just come pick them up an other day and he said no. Some great customer service there. So anyways Wingstop stole $10 from me since they didn’t add it to my order and would not replace them. Way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a truck driver. I've eaten wing stops all over the country. For the past +10 years. This place has the largest issue with getting it right. We'll talk about today specifically.
Placed an order for 10pc lemon pepper, well done. I emphasize to the cashier, "Please make sure they're extra crispy." She says, I put well done on the ticket. I asked again, please tell the cook extra crispy. No slimy wings please. She didn't.
Guess what I got? Soft chewy chicken wings. Before leaving I checked the bag, no fries in the bag and my wings were mushy. They apologized and prepared another order.
Received my bag walked back to my truck, wings were prepared the exact same way. Frustrated I returned.
They prepared the order again. Now waiting for over an hour for chicken wings. Gentlemen walks up to me showing me another batch of wings he's prepared. Which are of the same "well done" I've been handed twice so far. I show him they are mushy, he proceeds to tell me the "timer" only allows him to cook the wings for 16 mins. Almost no seasoning either. This is not how Wingstop prepares food. Only this location apparently.
I left with the mushy wings. No offer to refund my money or wait beyond what his "timer" tells him.
If you're going to reply with the auto "email us here" message. Save it unless what's in that email is worth what my time is waiting around, and can be used at another location. This is the third time to this location and the exact same food quality.
Update*** couldn't stomach the mushy wings and there was only 9 wings in the container. Went back in and spoke with I'm guessing the shift lead. Here going on 2 hours, they're attempting it for a 4th try. Again I'm a truck driver so I'll be sleeping nearby. If I would've been home I would've gave up long ago.
Wings in hand. Crispier. And seasoned much better. I do appreciate the staffs patience here. They were all extremely kind.

I ordered the boneless meal deal from wingstop the other day and let me just say it was amazing. The service was very good and gave us our food fast. The wings were seasoned to perfection as if they were seasoned one by one hand by hand. I also tried the hot honey fries which were also cooked perfectly. The ranch was tasty as always and is a definite must try. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

First im going to start of with the service they actually tell you how your days going they are really nice people and the service there is great I know it takes a little bit for the food but sometimes they talk to you if your waiting for a while the food there is great everyone loves wings and the fries are delicious

The wingstop in Berea Ohio is completely disrespectful and rude to anyone who is disabled. They discriminated against my boys because they have limitations because they have muscular dystrophy. The staff said it didn't matter that they are disabled. That is completely disrespectful and rude to anyone who is disabled or has limitations. They have absolutely no compassion for the disabled. So, if you want to be treated horribly and disrespected go to wingstop in Berea Ohio.
Literally ANY local place with wings will do a better job with less hassle or chance that part of your order won't be there.

Ordered food for pickup tonight and as I'm waiting for the employees to finish it up, I watched who I'm assuming was the manager take his hat off, rub his hands through his hair, not wash his hands, and then put on gloves to touch stuff ?
Didn't think about it until now but the employee who was putting the sauce onto our fries wasn't wearing gloves ?
