This is my ABSOLUTE favorite spot in Berlin!! I grew up here and I’ve traveled around the world and still haven’t found better pretzels than at the Nook. The staff is always kind and if you like mustard, you need to try the homemade mustard ? it’s creamy but really good. This place is a MUST stop for a quick snack if you’re in the area, you won’t be disappointed!!If this place ever goes out of business I will put on sack cloth and mourn. No cap.No photos from me because I’m too excited to eat the pretzel before I can remember to take a pic.Parking: If you’re stumped on parking, go towards the water tower and there’s parking in the back

We MUST make an annual pilgrimage to Berlin, if not for anything else, for the pretzels. You go into withdrawal if you don’t get them at least once a year. These pretzels are the litmus to judge all other pretzels against, and none even come close to comparing. I agree with another post, these are life changing pretzels. You will NEVER have a pretzel as good, anywhere in the world (yes, I have tried pretzels around the world, including Munich). Do yourself a favor and get at least two each person. If you have to wait a minute for them to come out of the oven, consider yourself extra blessed because you know you are getting the BEST pretzel ever.

After numerous trips to this Amish country, I finally found the infamous Amish pretzels. Apparently they are more prevalent in PA Amish country. We walked into this very small establishment that also sells popcorn. I ordered one plain pretzel and waited for it to come out of the oven. About 4 minutes later, the fresh pretzel was pulled out of the oven and dunked in melted butter. They put it in a brown bag to go for us. The bag was soaked with butter but I broke it out when we got into our car. I took my first bite and passed the pretzel around. We all agreed that this was the best pretzel we had ever eaten. It was soft, fresh, tasty, and buttery. We should have ordered a dozen. Next time for sure. The employees were nice and helpful.

We always make this stop a priority when we visit the area!! These pretzels are the most amazing, delicious pretzels I have ever had. I usually buy several to take home...the mustard dip is so delicious!! The owner is always the sweetest!! Highly recommend if you are in the area
