We MUST make an annual pilgrimage to Berlin, if not for anything else, for the pretzels. You go into withdrawal if you don’t get them at least once a year. These pretzels are the litmus to judge all other pretzels against, and none even come close to comparing. I agree with another post, these are life changing pretzels. After numerous trips to this Amish country, I finally found the infamous Amish pretzels. Apparently they are more prevalent in PA Amish country. We walked into this very small establishment that also sells popcorn. I ordered one plain pretzel and waited for it to come out of the oven. About 4 minutes later, the fresh pretzel was pulled out of the oven and dunked in melted butter. They put it in a brown bag to go for us. We always make this stop a priority when we visit the area!! These pretzels are the most amazing, delicious pretzels I have ever had. I usually buy several to take home...the mustard dip is so delicious!! The owner is always the sweetest!! Highly recommend if you are in the area
