We can’t say enough about how delicious the food is at Soloway’s. We have had the pilaf, borscht, pierogis, potato cakes, cheesy bread and sausage over several visits and every dish was special. The servers are friendly and attentive. The restaurant is spotless and the decor celebrates Ukraine. We especially enjoyed the TV video on the wall of spectacular Ukrainian scenery. This is our new go to restaurant when we visit the area. Get off the main street and discover this gem.

Our family of 4 enjoyed everything we ordered (Borscht, Kozak wrap, Ukrainian Set, Chefs Trio, Perogies). Everything was perfectly seasoned and the staff were friendly and attentive. The deal if the day is their huge slice of honey cake. Will definitely be going back.

The mashed tasted like they were out of a box or bag. The bread looked like a loaf from a grocery mart, not even toasted with cold cheese on top. The cabbage rolls weren't bad, but with more than 50% of the meal being so poorly, I was far from amazed. The service was good but the food was so disappointing.

We're staying in Berlin for the weekend & decided to try out Soloway. So glad we did! The food was top notch! I should have taken a picture before we started eating, but we couldn't help ourselves! I highly recommend the beef perogies. I wish I would have gotten more of them! The potato pancakes, Carpathian pilaf, & mashed potatoes were all just as great. The Marina sauce was so flavorful! The staff were so kind as well. This is a must stop if you're visiting Berlin!
An absolutely must visit location. The food is unique (for this area) and DELICIOUS! I almost didn't know where to start when ordering as I wanted to try so many things. After ordering many items I quickly decided I better cut back. I am so glad I did because the proportions are filing. I had the soup, sausage, perogies, and chicken wrap. Oh my word.....it was so good. Next time (and there will be a next time) i'm going to have the potatoes pancakes. The place is clean. The staff is amazing and friendly (all family). They even have some ukranian items for sale. It's tucked around the corner from the square, but so worth the find. Thank you SoloWay for a perfect evening of something different in the area.

The food was great, got pierogi and sausage, but it took a long time when only 3 people were in the restaurant. We waited 20 minutes after ordering. The servers were very friendly and apologetic. Overall a good experience but the wait was a little much.
