Walked in around 7:00 and they were what seemed to be a little busy took several minutes to come to the counter was greeted right away from getting food the roast beef is not the same as it used to be so to say the least I probably will not go back to Arby's as there has been other problems in the past and now that the roast beef just tasted like water with a little bit of beef flavoring

Normally love this place, but y'all really need to teach the old woman that a marketfresh sandwich is actually a sandwich.. Told her three times since she was clearly confused by me ordering a marketfresh roast beef and I still got a plain bun..
Manager likes to pick on kids/co workers who work underneath her. Manager denied her request off to go to church, her brother came in to visit from Marines and was denied off. We had an emergency and had to take in my father in law who is very confused and weak, my husband was out of town, asked off to help with Grandpa and was told no. She put s in her notice to quit this past weekend in sat. She checks schedule for tomorrow and it's her normal times. After my daughter got off work and left, the manager Stephanie changed her schedule for the next day. Calls sun at 10 and told her she was suppose to be there at 10a. She went in immediately. But this is ridiculous. She's picking on a 15 year old. Acting like she's in high school
