Today on the Galligan Family GoldStar world tour, we stopped by Bethel Gold Star. The food as always is delicious. The service was awesome, all the servers watch to cover the customers needs. We needed refills our server was busy taking another tables order the other server came over and offered to full our drinks for us. That is great team work and great customer service. The only thing they need to change is the black plastic they are using now. They had to have changed it because I can only taste the plastic they put it in and I hadn't tasted it before..... So please change your black things especially the ones that hold the 3,4,5 way spaghetti they are really bad for that taste. Thank You ??????

Service was quick and accurate but once we opened our food at home the cheese was a curious blue green color and the odor was off, I called to let them know and the woman on the phone cut me off and told me it was because of their cheese grinders grease, I proceeded to tell her that I know about the color the grinders grease can accidentally slip into the cheese and that this was not that color that it was blue green. She told me “well if you wanna bring it back up here and I’ll take a look at it you can”. I’m not trying to get free food I was purely just letting them know, I won’t be visiting that particular gold star again. And just an fyi having grease in the cheese isn’t a good look even if it is good grade grease

Rather than 1 star I'd rather give them 2 thumbs down. $30 for 5 cheese coneys and 2 chili cheese fries. Very cheap on the cheese and chili. This was the best Goldstar around a few years ago, now it's double the price 1/2 the quality. You can have a nice dinner for $30 but NOT HERE.

Expensive but you get what you pay 4 it's only chili hot dogs buns and spaghetti ???? Two cheese extra onions good But $$$5.88 sticker shock sometimes ur craven one and that is what happens Thanks Gold Star think about price reduction maybe you'd probably sell alot more cheese coneys and spaghetti (4-way extra onions)

In the film Pulp Fiction, Uma Thurman and John Travolta go to a 50's theme expensive restaurant in California. She ordered (what sounded absurd) a $5 shake. I bought one today at Gold Star, the difference is crazy. I got a kid cup.

The drive through attendant was incredibly nice and helpful!! (One of the best imo). Service is always good, Food is always fresh, service is usually pretty quick and easy. My only real issue is how expensive it is. I understand everyone's prices are high right now, put the markup percentage is absolutely insane at Cincy Chilli spots.

Great service! I didn't get the chicken pecan salad this time, although it is an awesome salad! Like all fast food and groceries now days, prices are through the roof and not as affordable, not eating out as often.
