Honestly this can either be the best of the worst mcdonalds. It is diffrent everytime you come. You either get your food quickly and have everything. Or you food is cold your missing stuff and they take forever. The staff is overall very nice though.

only go to this one if you want to pay for food and not get it. Don't bother calling to tell them about your missing items, because they will tell you they'll put a credit in for you. Then you'll drive all the way up there to get the items you've already paid for just for them to tell you, the manager that you spoke to about your missing items isn't there so you can't get them.

I went on 6-2-25 around 12:35pm and the back cash woman Kylie did an amazing job, she was thrown on both drive thru lanes and on back cash and still was speedy and kind, I’m only on here because I couldn’t get a recite.

The people delivering my order were nice, but the first thing I did was take a sip of my drink and noticed there were bugs in it. Did not ask for extra protein. I've been in this McDonald's before, and I had the opportunity to witness a worker complain about there being mold in the trash cans and not having proper supplies to treat it. Not very great.
Edit: opened my burger box, and they put my receipt in my burger. Wtf?

The McDonald's in Amelia Ohio they are very slow at serving you there's always a line sometimes I get your food screwed up I've been to other McDonald's and they're not like this as much They just need a better crew I guess or maybe management
The Bethel McDonald's is my favorite. The staff working there at that location really do work hard. They are so often friendly and kind to both their customers and their fellow employees. They deserve recognition and kidness.
Over herd coworkers talking about another coworker who had a dog and cat locked inside her car. While working. This day was around 80 degrees maybe hotter. Not sure if this is the one of places you want to eat at if they are allowing employees to have animals locked in their car while working.

I go there almost every morning for breakfast and every morning I order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit without the cheese. And every morning I get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with no cheese. Breakfast Is simply divine here. Anything else is alright.
