Snow storm, lots of people looking for fast food to ensure they eat if power outages happen from the poor weather happening. 8 at night and only 1 woman (great and hard worker at that) was running the ENTIRE franchise and all her alone but she did amazing. Shame on yall leaving her to run shift by herself during blizzard, but idk her name just know when she worked since I had gotten food that night and watched her take all the roles she had to serve me my order and also in timely manner even though it was only her working- SHE DESERVES A RAISE

if i could give this place negative stars i would. their customers who sit inside after school hours (middle schoolers) are SO rude and will mock you if you stop in to get food then when you let the workers know they instantly get rude and turn the situation around on you and do nothing about it. not to mention their bathrooms are disgusting and so are the managers attitudes. place needs shut down.

I was the only one in the lobby and for some reason it took them 30 minutes to get me my food when all I ordered was a double cheeseburger and a 6 piece and not to mention when I got the sandwich it was very messy ketchup everywhere on the wrapper and only 5 nuggets don’t recommend

Stay far far far away from this location you will be charged for food you didn't not get after the staff lies saying that they had removed it. They roll their eyes at you when you provide the receipt showing proof you were charged and then want you to pay more because your didn't receive the food you had paid for. Disgusting staff and management. Will never visit this location again even if my life depended on it.
Was the only one in the drive through starting out, the manager tried to give me someone else's drink, i said thats not mine, she said well do you want ir anyway. Gave us the complete wrong order, made me sit through the drive through line just to get an attitude with me and tell me to come inside because she had to re-ring me, had an attitude that whole time. I said spicey chicken wrap she fhen wanted to argue that I didnt say wrap 3 times and got so upset she was shaking putting my order in. But hey, I got a blueberry pie for the inconvience 🙄. I work in a customer service position, I get that everyone has their days where nothing seems to go right, but I didnt mess up my order, you did, dont get an attitude with me because you didnt staff properly or have things ready that you should have (she told her employees sorry guys I didnt think we'd get busy go get buns and meat, drop some fries)
