This place has gone way down hill! They messed up my order, but claimed that is how I ordered it. However I had proof in an email of what I ordered. The manager refused to do anything about it and was rude. Will not order from there again!

Ordered online. Was supposed to be delivered at noon. Called at 12:30 to see what happened. They don’t have a delivery driver so they used door dash. Order never arrived. Called back to see if they could remake and I would pick up. Instead I was hung up on multiple times. Had to call 800 number to get my refund. Will never attempt again.

Typically, we have much better quality of food from Papa johns, but this time, it fell a little short. The pizza crust was a bit tough as if it were older dough, same with our cheese bread. We ordered the works pizza (my fave) and a 3 topping pizza with an order of cheese bread. The toppings and flavor were on point, and so was the team. I did find a long strand of hair baked in with my cheese on one of my slices. Now, honestly, that doesn't stop me from eating food because it happens from time to time. As I said, the quality of the crust itself was basically my only real complaint. I would have given a better review as everything else was great.

Went to pick up a DoorDash order yesterday around noon and the guy working up front (not sure of his name) was so kind and helping. Gave me a couple pizza bags which will really help with orders. I’ve also ordered from this location before and can say the food is amazing. 10/10 recommend.
