Superior Kitchen Hood Cleaning

I highly do not recommend. Today 3/14/22 I have a service agreement at 10 AM and no one decided to show up. I called the owner and their business phone multiple times and had no one return my call. Seems like they have just ghosted me.

This is not how you conduct a business. Being in the restaurant industry, time is very limited to me. I am only closed on Mondays and reserved some time for you guys to come out. I could have spend this time with my family.

This is also not the first time it has happened... At this day and age, with everything being digital I am very surprised stuff like this happens. Regardless I am tired of dealing with companies that are not responsible with time management and scheduling.

Update: As of 3/15 they still have not contacted me yet.

Very unprofessional, left messes and didnt tag my hoods properly or give me proper invoices with check off list. Hard to find a good company.

Amazing company and service. We called for a hood cleaning and the owner, Mark even came out with to make sure it gets done right. Then our hood started making some noises a couple of weeks later and found out they also service the hoods. They came out within 30 mins in between their other jobs cause he knew we had to close the restaurant during our dinner service. They replaced the belt then came back out the next morning to ensure everything was okay. As a new customer, I am so impressed with what they do and how they take care of their clients. We highly recommend Superior Kitchen and will recommend them to anyone we know.

Best hood cleaners hands down. Not only that they were way cheaper and much more pleasant.
