Better than any other location I've been to around cincinnati. Ive been through the drive through 3 times in the last month and it was immediate order and less than 1 minutes wait on my food which was hot and actually made correctly

Rude employee named Amber! Had an awful pissy tone the entire interaction while ordering in drive-thru. Then She was super snotty when I was at window paying. Slammed window repeatedly & tried to short Me on My change. Was very irritated when I confronted Her & said I needed the rest of the money I was owed

The food is just okay. Overpriced, not very fresh. If your in a hurry I guess it will do. If you want good tasting Mexican food I would suggest going somewhere else.

Store was supper dirty and when I got home I got a burrito that was falling apart I would not ever recommend eating here you are better off eating literally any where else supper rude staff and horrible food quality

First truly bad experience at any Taco Bell ever. Started out with a girl with a hog ring in her nose. Came in for taco Tuesday and apparently it ended last night. No big deal, but the sign was up all week. Went to order and she walks around the counter to the kiosk and starts to put an order in I said what do I want to do that for? Apparently too lazy to put an order in at the register. We left. Our first and last visit at this Taco Bell
I have repeatedly ordered a fresh chalupa and received a rock hard shell that is not eatable. Even after stressing that I would like the chalupa made fresh. It’s like they couldn’t care less what you, the customer, is ordering. Tired of it!!!

The food is pretty good majority of the time. I only have had a few instances where my food was slightly burnt or super messy. You get your food pretty quick as well.
