Some sorry stuff.... have you ever had to eat a taco upside down so all of the contents would stay in? Nope? Well the Bethel Taco Bell achieved just that tonight! It was fun having to eat all 3 tacos upside down thanks to all the shells being broken in 2-3 different places! Add in the kicker cheesey chicken flatbread and all in all I'd say the food, while edible was prepared by someone who clearly gave no fs nor takes any pride in their work. We salute you Below Par taco Bell attendant! I give it a 2 because the person at the window was alright I guess.

The entire staff at the bethel Taco Bell go above and beyond great service. I frequently go there and they are ALL kind, hard working, and happy in a position that is hard on the good days! They deserve to be rewarded, and recognizes for their AMAZING service! The orders are ALWAYS right, the food is ALWAYS fresh and they are ALWAYS smiling. I love this location sooooo much!! They are my favorite taco wizards.

I got the new cantina bowl. I paid extra for chicken. The chicken was hard and it was barely any but five pieces. I paid $1.70 for five pieces of chicken and the cinnamon twist tasted burnt. They didn't look burnt but they tasted burnt. This was the worst Taco Bell experience I ever had

So I just want to say I have been to this Bethel Taco Bell several times since they have opened and they have either been rude or not got my order right but tonight it was different that started at the speaker. The lady was very polite very sweet, suggestive Saud overall very bubbly person in the speaker we move onto the window. She is got the same positive attitude that she had loved. It got my order, it was amazing they done everything right even the little special things that we asked for was done right I overall appreciated you guys tonight so much that I had to call and tell the manager to tell the lady in the drive-through and the cook. thank you for a wonderful experience .

This has got to be the best Taco Bell I've ever visited. The food was fresh and very good, the service was great and it was very clean, also they got the order 100% correct. Most Taco Bell locations I've visited are dirty and nasty, never get your food right and usually all the workers are lazy and high. ??
Went through the drive-through today. We ordered our food. Went up to the window. We forgot to order two tacos. They said that we couldn’t add food to our order. We haven’t paid at that point. Since when can you not add to your order before paying? So we paid and had to wait for the food in the parking lot. Food came out it was incorrect. We had to go back in and have them fix it. They took back the two incorrect tacos after we opened and touched the food and saw they were incorrect. We asked what was going to happen to them. They said that they were going to resell them. WE TOUCHED THE FOOD! Disgusting! Safe to say we will never be back! As well as we did not eat any of the food we received!

Got a cantina chicken bowl & the chicken was literally like eating rocks... Some of the rice was crunchy also, it was horrible !! Never eating at this location again. I'll stick to Amelia. Never had such horrible food before from taco bell until I went to this location ?
