I have been trying to reach out for a delivery order through Uber eats from this location and each time the website says its not taking orders at this time. Even when I call I get that fast busy tone like it's busy so not sure what's going on with this location, however, I truly miss Boston Market for their variety of dinner entries choices, vegetables, starches, corn bread and deserts. Especially when you want something different outside from the normal fries, cold slaw, baked beans, mash potatoes with your dinner meats of choice. We need and miss you Bexley location Bosten Market.
I should have contacted the Health Department when I left. I do not know how they are in business. I did not shop! I would encourage you not to shop!
I'm so sad!!! This is the only one that was still good. This last order was garbage. Even the cornbread muffins (my fave) were horrible.
Terrible customer service we walked and they just stopped and stared at us like what do we want. Very ghetto and had homeless people sleeping in the building
We placed a holiday meal order at the end of November and received confirmation for pickup on 12/23. When we arrived at the store, no one was there. Our card was charged but we never received any food or any notification that the store would be closed or unable to fulfill our order. We then had to go to grocery stores last minute to put together a Christmas Eve dinner for our family. We have attempted to reach both the restaurant itself and the customer service line multiple times. The restaurant line beeps as if it is busy Olof disconnected, and when we speak with customer service they tell us that someone will contact us to resolve the issue. Still no word from them, and we are out $240. Very disappointed in the unreliability, lack of communication, and inability to speak with someone about this situation.
The doors were locked and they appeared closed. While trying to call a employee noticed me and was very helpful. Food was amazing as always. Wish the signage explaining that you need to call in was placed better
March 2021, I had an issue with missing desserts that I PAID FOR and never received. So I stopped ordering from them for a while. I randomly decided to give them a try again NOV 2022 where I ordered online and this time the ENTIRE order didn’t show up. No one answers the phone when I call the restaurant. I just keep getting a busy signal. Lesson learned. Stop using this restaurant.

Sides were virtually non existent and it looked as if the pans that were covered were not going to be replenished. Service wasn't very good. I've had better everything at this Boston Market. Disappointed.
Great side dishes. I tried the spicy chicken nuggets & I would give them a 7 out of 10.

Got 8 piece Signature nuggets. Didn't care for the pepper. $5.25 for 8 small pieces. Happy it was not breaded and sauce on the side. Sauce like Thousand island dressing. Purchased this because of $5 credit from T-Mobile and I was already downtown today.
All good was bad broccoli wasn't cooked rotisserie chicken had no flavor I will never go back.

The so called. Woman you give us service was rude, she did not look at us she did not put the gravy in the bag when our back was turned. when I paid for the good she turned her face toward the front didn't said thank you or anything just gave me the bag, and my son had to say, your not going to say thank you or have a nice day. The service today is no longer service, but they want your money. I say out these restaurants out business and cook at home for yourself. They let anyone work for them. If she has a problem with people don't work we're you have to serve them!!!!!
Went to the Bexley location last Wednesday and Angel(manager on duty as she claimed) was very rude. I complained of having stuff floating in both mine and my daughters cup. She responded that the cup was clean and stared me down as if I did something to her. She never tried to fix the issue or even took in consideration the drink machine or ice may need to be checked. Upon walking out she tells her staff “I don’t know what her problem was” which really made me upset bc that showed she just didn’t care. Her attitude was very rude especially being a manager and leading a team.I will never return to this location and rarely leave reviews but this was unacceptable service, especially when someone is spending money at your business.
