We were recommended to this spot from an out of town friend and it was worth it! We called and made reservations on a Saturday- got in right away. The menus were overwhelming but everyone was willing to explain and so helpful. We found Jake exceptionally helpful and he made us feel comfortable and explained/recommended each step of the way! We tried just about everything but 10/10 recommend the miso marinated cod. We will be back and we will for sure ask for Jake!

Best sushi I’ve had since I moved to Cincinnati 3 years ago. I can’t believe we’ve been missing out on this place. Service was excellent, food was authentic and wonderful, and everything is so fresh and delicious. We got the 3 hand rolls and then lots of nigiri and an app. So good. We’ll be back!

For those who don't want to wait for the punchline: this is the best Japanese food I have had in the US since coming back from a vacation in Japan. While my selections were limited, every single thing I had reminded me of being in Tokyo or Kyoto. The fish selections were exactly what I saw at the fish markets, and tasted on point. The rice had the right texture, and temperature, while the ginger ice cream was a unique spin on an ingredient we see in sushi restaurants, but...
