“Always a consistent, great experience at any Chick-Fil-A and at this one I experienced the same. I chose to cater a work breakfast with their catering and they completed the order on time and it was done right! My employees LOVED it. Smiles for miles! Food was perfect and when I went back to check for leftovers it was gone. I personally am a big fan of the CFA experience and choose them every opportunity I am able. Today I chose them for my team at work as well and it was a big positive to start the day! Thank you CFA Blue Ash! Everything was PERFECT! ❤️“

Specifically the younger men working during the evening lately. Just so friendly and sweet, and have the best attitude. Were so kind and even asked if I needed help carrying the order! “Pam placed my order for my family and was very nice, present with our conversation, kind and polite.
Kathy and the other lady who came in at 11:30a that day, sorry I don’t remember her name, were both very helpful and polite. We had a pleasant conversation and were very nice to my kiddos. She offered them mints and wipes for their fingers. She was very helpful when I was needing something and didn’t want to leave my kids by themselves she offered to get me something.

Today, 8/9/24, Kelly took the initiative to check in on my mobile in store pick up order. She was very nice and polite.

All of these lovely ladies are the reason we come back to this location specifically. We are from Ross, OH. Please be sure these lovely ladies know how appreciated they are.“

“This was my first trip to any Raising Cane's. The menu is quite limited to chicken tenders with a few sides, but I suppose that helps make for fast service. The tenders are not as seasoned as KFC's but they are lightly breaded so the chicken seems more tender. French fries were decent in coleslaw is comparable to other places'. The southern style iced tea is excellent.“

“Chick-fil-A off Mason Montgomery has unmatched service. I have went to get curbside pick up there twice and the absolute sweetest old man has served me both times! He always makes sure my food is all correct before just leaving & both times he’s noticed i was EXTREMELY pregnant. He was so happy for me and asked me if he could add me to his prayers both times, asking the babies name & my due date… it was the most heart touching thing i’ve ever experienced from a complete stranger especially one whose only job is to bring me food. i look forward to seeing him next time i go. SOMEBODY GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. He’s out here doing the Lord’s work. HIS NAME WAS STANLEY!“

“Tender towne is great, they give you plenty of food! It is a little pricey but you get a lot more than you do for the same price at other fast food places. Delicious! Lovethr southern red wrap and steak fries and their double down towne combo comes with a lot!“

“This is a very pleasant place to dine, with a wonderful selection of (no surprise) chicken salad plates. The small cookie is great, and kept me from wanting a full dessert. The dining room is well lit and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and attentive.“

“Great spot. My friends and I stopped in here after a rally and the service was fast and great. I ordered the Buffalo bleu chicken tender sandwich. Was absolutely fantastic. The chicken tenders were really moist not overcooked and there was very little excess bread on it. Highly recommend this place!!!!“

“I have been to the Columbus, Ohio location, which I thought was comparatively much better than the Cincinnati location. The pieces of chicken were small and lacked the signature crispiness of Korean fried chicken. I got boneless wings, which were mostly dark meat and pretty small nuggets. The chicken didn't seem fresh...it tasted a bit of old oil. With all of that being said, the cheeseling flavor packs a unique sweet and cheesey punch that I did enjoy. The tteokbokki was spicy, smooth and flavorful. The kimchi and fish cakes added to the punchy flavor of the rich red saucy broth.“

“3 fried pickles and no one else in line. I was still asked to pull around to the front door in the way of incoming customers.

The pickles were very good, but pulling around and sitting at the entrance for 5 minutes was ridiculous.“

When I asked for a sweet tea, the other employee asked me how much ice I want in the cup. I bought the 3 strip combo meal with an extra strip, The bonsai sauce, and coleslaw. Bonsai sauce is like no sauce I've ever had. It was good, borderline too swt, but I used it all. The coleslaw was awesome. The sweet tea was pretty good. Thankyou!“

“My children and I love going to this Chick-fil-A. They are beyond accommodating; especially with my Son's food allergies. They will give grilled chicken nuggets to my Son who has food allergies so that he too can enjoy and I don't have to make multiple food stops. This is beyond appreciated. Highly recommend to all!!“

“This is my 3rd horrible experience at this location. Anyone who's been to this location, knows once you're in line, you can't get out. I waited 30 minutes! they are always slow as molasses. get to the window to order and the girl tells me their out of chicken nuggets, that they're all frozen. I said well can't you put them un the friar and make them??? "ummm noooo sorry. But we have everything else." So I ordered tenders(which weren't crispy and cooked fully, like they should be.) and tell her I need alot of ranch, ketchup and buffalo. I finally go to get my food and 2 packets of buffalo, 3 ranches and 2 ketchup for 2 chicken tender meals with fries. This place is a joke, and this time I'm requesting my money back. 30 minutes I wasted in line, to not even get what I wanted and told them. I'm officially done with chick fil a.“
