This was my initial visit to the establishment. I opted for a sandwich combo, which featured a sandwich that was quite flavorful, although it was excessively oily. I am uncertain if there is an option to request minimal or no oil, but the oil content was almost overwhelming, to the point where I considered not consuming it. The chicken tenders from CityBird are exceptional! We enjoyed our lunch outside on a beautiful August day in Cincinnati. The service was great, and the staff professionally managed a large volume of customers efficiently.
