This place is awesome! Dena is an absolute pro. I ordered a sandwich the lowest priced thing on the menu and she asked what sauces I wanted I wasn’t sure so she pulled out all the sauces and gave me samples of chicken to try all of the sauces. She was so professional and went above and beyond. I doubled my original order with fries and a drink to go with the sandwich. This place is also really good food highly recommend my new spot in Blue ash! God Bless this place

It was our first time coming to Chick’nCone and honestly didn’t know what to expect. Dina provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in years! She was excited as she shared a sampling tray of the many sauces - all of which were delicious. And had the same excitement and personalized care for each customer that came in while we enjoyed our dinner. The food was tasty too! We will be back!

I had this at the Operation pumpkin fest and didn’t know where to leave my review, but anyways I have been wanting to try this restaurant & from the food truck experience I will be back. The Mac n cheese inside the chicken waffle cone is such a good & delicious combination. I would highly recommend.

This place is awesome!! The first time I visited the staff were friendly and attentive. When I walked in they asked if it was my first visit, offered to walk me through the menu, offered me samples, and told me about their crowd favorites. The food was made fresh, and completed within a few mins..and let me just say their Chick'n Bowl is the bomb!I've been a few times since (since it's a bit of a distance from my home, I primarily go on drill weekends), and every time has been the same. I'm always greeted with big smiles, sweet personalities, samples for anything new I try, reasonable prices, and delicious food made fast!I don't normally leave online reviews, but when I try a place I want to stick around and they're this wonderful, I have no problems spreading the word.Bonus side notes: The place is clean and cute. They serve yummy alcoholic beverages. They play sports on the tv. They cater. And it's located next to the blue ash park if you want an easy picnic setup.Hope everyone who reads this enjoys it just as much as me! ?

Chicken tastes like Tyson frozen chicken nuggets. Service was kind but it was obvious they were stressed and understaffed. Will not be returning. The cone was the best part.

i was in this location and i must say the woman that was working was absolutely amazing and was very attentive to my needs and was profoundly helpful and guided me to menu items which were delicious. she also ran counter and cooked and delivered the food to the table we were at . i wish other establishments had service as stellar as we received from this restaurant. we will definitely be back , only because of this woman and her customer service. thank you for all you do and for being a great asset to this location.

Chicken tasted like typical air fryer chicken strips. New garlic parmesan sauce tasted fine. Reminded me of Bdubs sauce. Waffle cone was thin, cold and fell apart once I started eating it. Milk shake tasted as if it was 99% milk. No ice cream flavor and the "Carmel" milkshake was simply Carmel sauce drizzled on top. Mac and cheese was Kraft quality. Fries were good though, but didn't get Cajun from them. ??♂️
The food was definitely tasty and there is a wide selection of sauces is well. We've been looking forward to trying it out since seeing it in one of the TV shows. The price is actually pretty good as well. The service staff is friendly too.
