“Excellent customer service today. I haven’t shopped inside the store since the pandemic. I’m a “pick up “ gal now. Kudos to Joseph in Customer service and my cashier Lukas and our bagger Elijah! Back story, I needed antifreeze. In between taking my daughter to the various fall festivals, I needed to grab some. Went to Advanced Auto Parts and the antifreeze was $15 for a gallon. Hummm. I didn’t pay this much the last time I purchased it there. Pulled my phone up, open my Kroger app and they had name-brand antifreeze for $7.49. It pays double check before spending your money!“

“Solid, friendly service. The place is small inside, with very little room to sit. The quality of the food is great. My only complaint is that the bread has been a little salty the past two times I have been in. Happy to have you all in OTR!“

Skip has done a magnificent job of maintaining his high-quality for generous size Bagels As well as a top-tier staff who always makes us feel welcome. The dining area is cozy and the coffee is hot and tasty each month they feature a new type of bagel, but over the years my go to is the black Russian, which is best in class. My grandkids are partial to the cinnamon crunch bagels! “For a quick bite this is the place. It’s uniquely located in an office building which I parked outside and walked right in without an issue. It’s quick and convenient and has plenty of seating inside. I forgot to take a picture of the food, but I kept it simple with an everything bagel and cream cheese.“

“I have been purchasing Honey Baked Ham for decades never had an overcooked ham before. Until 11-24-2022. I open the package up on Thanksgiving Day, and I was pissed ! Ham brown sugar was burnt and the ham was very dry and hard. Since Covid they stopped letting you look at the hams. I called and they are taking care of it. In Over 50 years this is my first bad one! Yes I still recommend HBH!“

“First visit to a Jason's Deli and we were REALLY impressed. Basically priced the same as the competition in this space, but Jason's Deli blows the others out of the water. The quality is better than the other places even in their hay day. The first thing I laid my eyes on was their ham and it instantly reminded me of the off the bone ham we buy from our Amish friends. Everything we had was excellent, and that even includes the kid's pizza that our boys insisted on having instead of a sandwich. This visit included a spicy sicilian, caprese sandwich with salmon added to it, build-your-own ham sandwich, the pizza that the boys split, and cookies and brownies for dessert. I felt like we got a broad sampling of everything on the menu and we left talking about the next time we're going to visit. I have to keep pounding on the quality. Meats, breads, cheeses, veggies, desserts... everything was excellent. When we first heard of the Jason's Deli chain, a very high bar was set based on everything we were told. This location delivered 100%. You can have Jason's Deli or an inferior sandwich from anywhere else for the same price. This is where you want to go.

“You can never go wrong with HBH. No matter Kenwood, OH, or HBH in Baton Rouge, LA on Florida it's always pleasant! I did take 1 star but its only directed toward corporate not this individual location. I believe they should reconsider going back to ppl being able to see what ham they're purchasing vs the latter. I just spent $200 on a Turkey & Ham site unseen. Thats just not okay in such a delicate economy. Make it make sense 🤦‍♀️“
