This is my local Dunkin, I normally love the staff but the staff today at noon was so unbelievable. First the women in front of me took over 3 minutes to order her like 2 drinks! I was at the other speaker and they skipped me and took the guy behind the other women’s order before mine. When I finally got up to the window they were goofing around which is fine normally but with how long it took to order just made me really uncomfortable and showed a lack of professionalism. The food and drinks have been fine but poor service. They shove the credit card machine out the window so you feel obligated to tip which I have never seen at another Dunkin.
I ordered at the drive-thru today, redeemed some points in the app for a free drink as I waited then was told all of their scanners are broken and you can’t use the app there. Seemed fishy to me 🤷♂️
