I would like to thank Jimmy John's for stopping off at my work in blue Ash and giving away free sandwichs thanks again from LSI industry in blue Ash
Will never go back. They messed up my sandwich then started to blame me for the problem ? Really?? How about sorry let me make it right. Nope it was my fault?!?!?
Also when I walked in 2 guys were sitting up on the counter. That's not what I want to see when coming into a place where food is served.

This is the 3rd time i have ordered from the blue ash store that i have had to wait 1-2 for my order to leave the store... i asked today if there was anything that could be done since this happens often and i was told he could cancel my order that is it... i was upset and i told the gentleman that this is freaking ridiculous i never once cancelled my order...i hung up the phone ... and continued to wait... until i get a email stating my order was cancelled!!!!!
