We order from this location often. Service is great with our mobile order and ready when we arrive. I will say that we noticed a change in the sandwich filling this time. It seems mostly bread. Would rather you keep to the past with a substantial sandwich. We don’t want bread with a sliver of meat inside.

I’ve eaten here every now and then for awhile whether takeout delivery or eat in store, but the delivery driver Trey made my day the other day. Smart courteous and clean. Sandwich arrived as expected and he was just a great guy. I tipped him on two different services because the first didn’t work, and he texted me and made sure to decline the one that didn’t work at first once his app [cashapp] was working. Never had a complaint with the food.Dietary restrictions: The unwich is great for gluten free

I ordered delivery, was made super quickly and on the way...great! 30-ish minute go by and no JJs. Decided to check tracking, said food was delivered. Awesome! I go check outside just to make sure, nothing there. I decide to call the store to see what the deal was and the girl who answered put me in touch with the driver.Driver answers and says he dropped it off at the wrong apartment.So I say, "Ok, well I need that brought back to my apartment, please."Driver says OK, then hangs up.10-15 more minutes go by and I decide to call the store again and check on an ETA. Girl on the phone says she'll make sure to let the driver know to bring it back but that he was already out delivering another order.The driver never came back :( and nobody ever called me back to confirm delivery or apologize for their mistake. Now I'm out $18 (including my $5 tip) and I'm sure I will never get that refunded back. Hope the person who it was delivered to enjoyed my sandwich!Do better, JJs.

Jimmy John's at this location is a total letdown! Over an hour wait for delivery, multiple times. Ridiculous! Get your act together, it's just a quarter mile away! Improve or lose customers! ???

Ordered delivery and after more than an hour, I called the store because my order was still not out for delivery. The person told me they didn’t have any idea when my food would be delivered because they only had one delivery driver. So I said I would just come and get the food. Not what I was hoping for but fine, whatever. The part that was irritating was when I pick up my food and ask for a refund for the delivery fee and tip since they didn’t actually provide that, the girl at the counter was super annoyed that I wanted a refund. I didn’t ask for a refund of everything, just the part that wasn’t provided, but I get treated like I’m the jerk for not wanting to pay for the service they didn’t provide? Jimmy John’s should probably revisit their slogan… “Freaky Fast” it is not. More like “Bothered and Annoyed”.

Spent $180 on 2 1/3 cut sandwich’s. Ordered on Wednesday for pick up on Sunday by 1030am. We were assured this time frame would not be an issue. Scheduled to be at my daughters first communion at 1115. I’m just walking out of the store with my food as I yup this, 30 minutes late. I was made to feel like I was in the wrong for inquiring about my order that was late. Definitely last time they get a dollar from me. Jersey Mike’s for our family

Used to get JJ every weekend. It got to the point of having to order an hour early to even get it close to being on time. Have had multiple orders take over an hour and am typing this while waiting on an order that I placed 2 hours ago, which is why I never get JJ's anymore.ALWAYS understaffed and it's surprising the business is still open with how poorly they run it.

Worst customer service and delivery I've ever had took over an hour person in phone told me my order was already delivered and it wasn't 15 mins later it shows up delivery driver honks horn for someone walking by to bring me my food inside the building ordered the capresee sandwich with "fresh mozzarella " picture attached of provolone cheese and awfully built sandwich Donny .

Ordered online at 11:30 for a delivery at 12:30. Called twice to see about my order, and was just told it was out for delivery. Was never asked my order number. Finally recieved it at 1:53. I am three tenths of a mile away. Delivery driver reeked of weed.

My husband and I came in to get the number 9 Italian night club and was very disappointed it was sloppy and it was more bread then meat I seriously had to check to make sure there was any meat on this sandwich... It seems like a bread sandwich there was a guy with glasses that made the sandwich he wasvery rude he just hand us the sandwich with no bag or napkins without gloves on... Never again will I eat another bread sandwich again and waste my money
