I'm feeling threatened by store manager on Thursday night Cameron and Natalie they are both being so rude to me because I told them the little boy needs a balloon and I was crying because of that

Ordered a cake online for pickup. Tried calling at my pickup time as I had not received a text that order was done. No one would answer phone. Went to store. They did not have my order or my cake. When I told them I placed the order online was told, "oh I wouldn't trust that." Then why does Kroger bakery offer online orders???The lady did offer to write on an already made cake off the shelf for me, which was appreciated.Will not use this kroger bakery again for sure!

This used to be a really nice location! It used to be my go to grocery store, but not anymore. Slowly, but surely this place is devolving into Walmart. Dirty and unorganized. And absolutely no checkers on a weekday evening. Just a few days before Christmas no less! There was literally a line around the store for self check out.
