On Sunday, December 8th, my Mom, sister and I visited the Kenwood/Cincinnati, OH location around 4:30pm. My sister's car got stuck (would not go into gear) in the drive-through. It's a particularly tricky drive-through to get out of (meaning she couldn't, and everyone behind her was stuck). I ran to the window, paid for the drinks, and asked if someone could help us push the car out. The manager came running out.
