I have frequented this Starbucks location and have consistently had great experiences. One standout was a blond man barista who had an impressive knowledge of coffee and always made excellent recommendations. However, I've noticed he's no longer there, which is very disappointing!!! The service I received from Haili at the Starbucks inside of Kroger in Blue Ash, OH was AMAZING! Haili recognizes me when I approach the counter and remembers my order. I enjoy our conversation and my beverage always tastes great! Shout out to Haili for giving 5 star service every time!
