“This place was a nice surprise. It is in a strip mall but it was nicely decorated, menu had a lot of options, my food was almost too pretty to eat, food was delicious, staff were friendly and professional, price was about $20 with a drink. I had one of the stir fry entrees.“
“This is a very classy and expensive restaurant with a good view of the river if you get the seat that allows it. On my reservation, I specifically asked for a table by the window. I did not get that. But the evening was very good all in all“
“ I DO RECOMMEND!My wife and I were traveling from a different state. We found this place on a quick google search. Food quality was great, we were the only 2 people eating at the time and found the service to be quite slow. Thankfully we didn’t have much to do that evening but still felt the service could’ve been a tad quicker. After waiting about 50 minutes for our main course we noticed it was room temp at best and by the time we were almost finished it was cold. This place has the potential to be 5/5 stars if the service was faster.“
“The food was good. Service was good. My only problem is that a mistake was made were I was charged with my friends food for $134 when my bill was $28.03. The waitress and manager fixed the mistake but there was never a simple "sorry" or "we apologize".Still a good place to eat.“
“Visited recently to celebrate a family member’s birthday and we had an excellent time! It was a blast! Food was delicious, service was great, and all the staff went above and beyond. We had so much fun! We’ve been to several other hibachis and this was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had. Thank you!!Kid-friendliness: High chairs and booster seats available. Chefs made sure to include the children in the hibachi experience“
“So appreciative of service and care! Post pregnancy all my sister wanted was a massive platter of sushi. The owner allowed us to customize some of the rolls for dietary preferences. We actually ordered two platters but we gobbled down the first one before I could take a photo. The sushi was fantastic! Would highly recommend.“
“Best ramen in Cincinnati. I got in 35 minutes before they closed (which I hate doing) but the owner accepted me. Fast service and genuinely just delicious food. I got the spicy pork with crispy dumplings and he gave me a small yogurt drink which was wonderful. I cannot say enough good things.“
“I recently dined at Tokyo Grill and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was inviting and the staff were attentive. The food was absolutely divine! The Napoleon cake was a perfect balance of flavors and textures, while the General Tso's chicken had just the right amount of heat. The hibachi noodles were cooked to perfection and the sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious. The crab rangoons were a delightful appetizer that left us wanting more. One of the highlights of the meal was being able to customize our hibachi bowls exactly to our liking. Being able to choose what and how much goes into our bowls made the dining experience even more enjoyable. And the fact that everything was endless just added to the delight! The only downside was that it was a bit pricey, but let me tell you, it was worth every penny. The quality of the food and the service more than made up for it. We will definitely be returning for more dinners at Tokyo Grill. Highly recommend!“
“The food was delicious. The temperature was freezing. There was a vent blowing cold air right on the table full blast. After awhile we did say something to the server. She said she would ask about turning it down but it never happened. We hurried to eat, didn't get dessert, and left quickly strictly due to the temperature being so cold. (We were even dressed in suits from church so it wasn't about our clothing choices.). Disappointing because we loved our food.“
“I go out to eat every couple months with my friend. It was his turn to choose and here's where we went. I had the Rad Nar and it was spectacular. My friend had Pad Thai and he loved that as well. The spice level of my dish was perfect. I like how you can choose that combination of flavor mixed in with some heat. They certainly got that exactly correct. I recommend this place for some good food.“
“Truly a Cincinnati gem. Unique sushi and related options, wide selection of sake and craft cocktails. Staff was friendly and helpful, and it would be equally as enjoyable at a table or at the bar . Very interesting lighting. Later at night on weekends (at 10?) it turns into a club.“
“I am a big fan of Thai food, so I was really excited to try Uncle Nai's. They did not disappoint! I ordered Bento Box #7 with miso soup and some pot stickers. My fiancée ordered a chicken noddle dish but I can't remember exactly what it was called, possibly Pad Thai or something like it.The miso soup and potstickers came out first and fairly quickly. The soup was hot and tasted solid. The potstickers had a nice breading and tasted great, the sauce that came on the side was excellent. These potstickers were a good size and tasted much fresher than other restaurants I've been to.Next, my bento box. First of all, the presentation was great. The dish looked really good visually and immediately I could tell the vegetables in my basil chicken were fresh. As far as taste goes, it was outstanding. Everything tasted incredible. I ordered a level 3 spice for the chicken and I think I could've done a 4 or 5 fairly easily, even my fiancée didn't think the 3 was bad and she is not as spice tolerant as I am. The sushi was some of the best I've ever had and the crab puffs were awesome, I could eat those all day. Chicken and vegetables were flavorful and vibrant. Rice was very airy and light. Finally, I was super impressed by the service. Our waitress was extremely nice and prompt. The interior of the restaurant is pretty small but it is cozy and I enjoyed it.Overall this is a very great Thai restaurant and if you love Thai or Asian food like me, you will not want to skip out on this place.“
“My girlfriend and I recently relocated from Northern California where it is foodie heaven. So far, it is the closest experience to California cuisine. The staff, ambience and quality of the food are exceptional. A little extra shout out to our server, Danielle. She is awesome.“
“The food here was incredible - by far the BEST yellowtail and scallion roll I've had. Their selection of rolls had something for everyone and the sake was a great addition to our meal. The waitress was also PHENOMENAL. She was attentive, kind, and cheery throughout our meal. She was the highlight to our dining experience!“
“Made reservations here the other day. They were absolutely packed and they handled it so well. Got us right to our table. The bartenders were on point. The drinks were fantastic. The kitchen was excellent. The food was delicious. We will be back. The staff here was fantastic.“
“A wonderful small "hole in the wall" restaurant with very good Thai food. We normally get Bangkok noodles and either green curry or vegetable Thai spicy. Service is excellent and the food quality is very consistent. One of our favorite Thai restaurants in the Mason and West Chester area.“
“The food is delicious. The vegetables are crunchy and fresh. The tofu is prepared beautifully. The presentation of the entrees are exquisite. We had a wonderful evening. The service reflected hard work and attentiveness. Our food arrived right away, but we never felt rushed. Our experience was perfect from start to finish.“
“First time in and we were greeted with a warm welcome and seated at a table. First impressions were, space was on the smaller side but all tables were pretty much filled up and our host also being our waiter was the only one working the front and answering the phones. Seemed intense but he was composed and doing a great job. We started out with the Udon sampler a combination of 2 spring rolls, 2 crab Rangoon, 2 pot stickers, 2 butterfly shrimp, 2 chicken egg roll. Our favorites were the crab rangoons and pot stickers. My husband does not like crab cheese wontons, (rangoons) and was surprised how much he loved the rangoons. They were very good! For my meal I ordered chicken pad thai. I can be pretty picky about my pad Thai but I enjoyed theirs, pretty good, a bit different. The chicken was very tender. My only nitpick was the sauce was on the wet side a tad watery but overall the flavors were there and delicious. I also noticed how many pick up orders were going out, this must be the place to order takeout. My husband and I could not help counting the number of people coming in for pick up. Now I had an issue with my food, and I notified our waiter about it, and he apologized. When it came to our bill our waiter went above and beyond, he leaned in and apologized again and said our bill was taken care of. My husband and I were taken back as we were not expecting anything, just wanted the issue to be noted. Of course, we left a deserving cash tip on the table. I have decided not to say what my issue was because of the way our waiter handled it and how sincere his apology was. Just an honest mistake in my opinion. We are very excited to come back again and try some sushi as I did get a glimpse of it and looked great or try something new.“
“It was extremely loud in the restaurant - early evening on a Friday evening. My companions really enjoyed their entrees, but I had the shrimp stir fry and while the vegetables were done very nicely, the shrimp had a slightly off taste (maybe it was the sauce?) and there was way too much food.“
“Since moving to Ohio, I have had a plague upon my house- lame, boring, midwestern "thai" food basically more like noodle casserole than a meal designed to unclog your sinuses, sober you up, and cool you off on a sweltering 40C Thai summer day.enter: Mango Thai, where they were NOT too cat-like to give me the full 5/5 spice 5 alarm treatment.Believe me. I am tired of asking for 4/5, 5/5, or "thai spicy" and getting something more akin to a single splash of tabasco. Not here, I got a true 5/5 setting my mouth on fire just as I wanted, finally, a place that does not hold back- and close to my house means I'll be back frequently.Order: Drunken Noodles 5/5, and it was perfect. I loved it.“
“My girlfriend and I look forward to going here every weekend. I was cautious about leaving a review because I didn’t want anyone to know how great this place was. It should be packed more often. Great beers, amazing food, and awesome people.“
“Environment is good. Waited 30mins to get a table on Friday night. Suggest reservation before going.Food is okay. Miso soup, yakitori and unaju flavor too strong. Urchin doesn’t taste fresh? My bf ordered tonkatsu and it tasted very good.“
“Camera did not eat first for me. Poke 96 has a variety of options on their menu, I went with building my own bowl. The lady working the front was very helpful with explaining the sauces and drinks to me while I was ordering on the kiosk. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating but I did carry out which was made fairly quickly. I got a 2 protein bowl which I was surprised how some of the specific toppings didn't cost extra here. Food was delicious and their spicy poke sauce is very similar to teriyaki sauce as the worker explained to me. I got a rainbow fruit boba which was very refreshing to have. For the whole purchase, it is definitely cheaper then many other poke places I've been to. I will say that I ordered the tomato toppings but ended up getting tamago. Still tasted delicious. Will definitely try again.“
“We dined in at evening. We got three sushi rolls, pho, and wonton soup. The only downside I had about this was that I didn’t have enough broth for my noodles in my pho, plus some of the noodles were sticking together. They still are receiving five stars because of the camaraderie had between us. We had come in when they had a photographer taking pictures of their food. We were offered free ice cream, and any sample of any of the dishes that came out. I definitely will have to check this place out again when I come back into town.“
“So glad we tried Green Papaya in Mariemont. I didn't even know it was there. Food was very good. Service started out slowly, but when told we had limited time it became amazingly attentive and fast. I didn't love the ambiance but it is absolutely passable. Give it a try and you will be glad you did.“
“my favorite sushi place to go. servers are always nice except one of the seating guys with the glasses (haven't seen him in a while) is slightly rude. they always play (in my opinion) really good music. when it's busy it can be crowded in there since the building is so small. there has only been 1-2 times where i've felt the sushi was dry or tasted off, and i've gone many times. this is a place i always recommend my friends and enjoy taking them too. price is good for the specialty sushi's. sometimes the miso soup is too salty, but it has seemed to improve recently.“
“This is a fun menu and unique restaurant vibe. There always is a buzz on a weekend night at this location. The food is fresh and flavorful. The only item across the menu that I don't rave about is the chicken fried rice which can easily be fixed with drizzle of sriracha or chili oil to add flavor to the otherwise bland dish. The restaurant is often busy, so take out is what I do often and recommend to others who are nearby.“
“Great food but disappointing for one person at our table. He is vegetarian and orders veggie hibachi. Unfortunately, veggies and rice were run through all areas of the grill with chicken and meats, and he was totally turned off from eating. Is there something we should have done to ask for some consideration? Otherwise, it was a fantastic experienceVegetarian options: Better food handling when someone has preference, please.“
“Good food, nicely prepared. Pad Thai was a little on the lighter side, not in portion but weight of the dish (which I didn't mind actually). Friendly staff. I'd say 4.5* place. Sushimi roll was beautifully presented. As it stands, the overall on google is 4.2* so I'm rounding up - take that mr. overall google rating!“
“This is by far the best place I have been to in a long time if you want food like this. Quality service, better service and they are very polite. I have been recommending this to anyone that asks me where they should eat.Kid-friendliness: They are very politeWheelchair accessibility: Yup“
“Truly amazing authentic Thai food not generic Asian like others. Very friendly staff and always so happy to see you come in. I love the Chefs Special fried rice but family all love something different. Pad Thai amazing, daughter loves the sushi. 0 no spice and 5 will make you cry.Parking: Always plenty of parking right by entrance or side. Very closeKid-friendliness: Different spice levels from 0-5 so kids can eat. Chicken wings for my daughterWheelchair accessibility: See a ramp from parking lot in concrete“
“One of my favorite red restaurants. Located near Hyde Park. This Thai restaurant has the best ladna noodles I have ever had with a spice of 1 to 10 a 4 is great without causing too much heat and they will also bring out some spices to add more if it is not spicy enough. On the other end the food is not at all spicy if you want it that way. The Pad Thai is also fantastic. The servers are friendly and funny and very quick to help.Parking: There is free parking at the back of the restaurant, but paid parking was $2 if you need to park out front or on the street. This is a busy road, so be careful when backing out.“
“They serve the best sushi I've had in Cincinnati. Authentic and not run of the mill. The place can be crowded at peak times. The main dining are is a little short on ambiance, but the outstanding menu makes up for that. Great service, very accommodating. Hours are limited, make sure they're open before you plan to go.Parking: I was able to find a metered parking spot on the same block, but it was the only one open. It's a busy street, so having someone step out to direct cars while you park is helpful“
“Had a great dinner there the other night! Got the drunken noodles as per my server's suggestion and it was very tasty, and a very nice portion that I took half home and ate the next day ? looking forward to going back and trying the pineapple fried rice. Never had such a thing before but I was torn between that and the noodles.“
“This place is legit. One of the best Thai dishes I've had in a while, tons of flavor and the spice was accurate. I did yellow curry via DoorDash. Can't wait to try other dishes but the curry was so good I'll definitely order again.“
“Bangkok Terrace is one of my favorite restaurants literally of all time!!! If you have not tried it yet, you are truly missing out! I’ve been a patron for over 10 years, and no other restaurant has given me the amount of consistency over the years with flavor and quality like they have here. For two years straight many years ago, I basically ate here everyday, and still eat here frequently til this day. The owner is also so nice and very personable, which adds such positive energy to the experience and puts it at such a high level. Everything on the menu is deliciousness, but my all time favorites are the Golden Dragon Roll (which is literal Chef’s kiss), the Mango Summer Roll, the Crispy Pad Thai, and the traditional Pad Thai. I must say, their sushi is unmatched and the highest quality you can get. I am planning on moving out of Blue Ash soon, but will literally drive across the city to continue to get this delicious, high quality food!“
“Tong's Thai restaurant exceeded my expectations and delivered a truly remarkable Asian dining experience. As someone who appreciates great Asian cuisine, I was thrilled to discover Tong's and it did not disappoint. The menu offered a wide range of options, and after much contemplation, I decided to try the Green Curry, Pad Kee Mao, and Thai Basil Fried Rice. Oftentimes there are hits and misses. To my delight, each dish was bursting with flavor. The aromatic spices and carefully crafted combinations truly showcased the expertise of the chefs at Tong's.While I thoroughly enjoyed the dishes, I must admit that my only minor concern was the quantity of protein in the dishes. However, when compared to other Asian restaurants, Tong's still managed to maintain a commendable standard and even surpassed it in some regards. The flavors were so captivating that I barely noticed the slight discrepancy.Overall, Tong's Thai restaurant left a lasting impression, and I can't wait to return for more culinary delights. If you're searching for an Asian restaurant that goes above and beyond, Tong's is undoubtedly the place to be. Prepare yourself for an unforgettable gastronomic journey that will leave you craving for more.“
“I'm traveling for work and it is always great to find a gem like this place. I love ramen. I've even tried my hand at making it myself. Way to time intensive for me so finding places like Maki Express makes it so much more worthwhile to just go and sit down and have a bowl. The place is tiny with about 4 tables, but very clean and presentable. The service is just right, but maybe they shouldn't allow there employee to sleep at one of the tables. Other than that, great. Now for the food. I ordered the gyoza fried and it didn't disappoint. The filling could of been a little less sinewy, but the flavor was spot on. I also ordered the Tonkatsu ramen with a soft boiled egg and pork chatsu and it was delicious! The right amount of spice. The pork belly chatsu was perfectly succulent and flavorful, noodles perfectly cooked and the broth was soooooo good. Cannot recommend this place enough. AWESOME!“
“This is my favorite Hibachi restaurant hands down. The yum yum sauce is by far the most delicious I’ve ever had and always find myself comparing others to this one. I moved across the country during the beginning of the pandemic, but every time I visit home this is always my first stop.“
“While visiting the area, this place was recommended as a restaurant worth checking out. We decided to give it a shot. The interior gave off more of a local cafeteria than a sushi joint which caught me off guard. The staff was friendly and the food was good. While I would say that one of my local joints has better sushi, this was still a good spot to get your fix.“
“Great sushi plus other Asian cuisine. I've been coming here for years for both lunch and dinner, including with family and friends.I've tried most of the menu and like everything. I really like the Japanese draft beers, but they have several beverage options.Dine in after 4 pm for half-price sushi. The non-sushi menu is solid. It's only one block from Fountain Square on 6th Street.“
“Lots of choices! Easy to order online, though this particular location is not available in the Fusabowl app but the mobile browser works just fine. We got the Christmas tree roll and Volcano roll sushi to go. Good portions for the price! Pick up was easy. Ready on time. There is a small area with a selection of utensils including chopsticks and packets of duck sauce and soy sauce. Restaurant was clean and inviting. I prefer the spring roll to the egg roll. Overall great experience.Parking: In a strip mall with a grocery store. Large parking lot with plenty of spaces.“
“The food always looks and tastes fresh. Sushi has the tendency to not be filling, but at FUSIAN, I feel you really get your money’s worth. I really enjoy having the ability to customize my sushi rolls, as not many places allow you to do that. I also appreciate how many cooked protein options are available. Service is always fast and friendly.Overall, I would recommend!“
“This is my FAVORITE sushi place in the state of Ohio, and I’ve been to a lot! Their crab puffs are sooo good and the ladies at the entrance are always so nice. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for good fresh sushi at a very good price!“
“One of my favorite places to go to in Cincinnati! I visited this place during October of last year. The food and service was lovely and the atmosphere was great! Despite being pescatarian, there were so many options. Definitely worth trying out if you're in Cincinnati!“
“Very good food and affordable prices. Ask for any special requests as they are very accommodating. Great selection of Chinese items from their Chinese menu. Ask for it and explore some spectacular dishes. The eggplant is awesome and their soups are phenomenal.Vegetarian options: Awesome vegetarian options. Ask for the Chinese menu of you don't see something you like on the regular menu. Ask for the veggie tofu soup on the Chinese menu for an excellent vegetarian option.“
“We stopped here after our favorite place was too busy and found a new favorite! The sushi was reasonably priced and had generous portions. The chicken hibachi was super tender and flavorful. The place is impeccably clean and the fried food tasted like it had fresh oil.The only critique I have is there’s no music and the place was super empty on Saturday at 3, so it was very quiet. Some quiet music or something would improve the atmosphere greatly. Will definitely be back!“
“For a sushi restaurant that offers half priced sushi rolls, 5 stars across the board. This is one of three locations owned by the same people (Cloud 9 and Wabi Sabi). This right off to the side of Kenwood Mall. Service and food were quick. The rolls were very tasty. I think this location has more options than Wabi Sabi (Covington) and Cloud 9 (Mt Lookout).“
“Food and service was great, especially being all the way out in cincy area. Atmosphere was mediocre, but not one to complain about. Their sushi definitely more on the expensive side when comparing to even the major cities, but one of the better end sushi places you can get.“
