I go to this Crumbl cookie very often the manager never smiles. She never greets. She never speaks. She is always in the back, running her mouth steering. The last issue I had was it was a piece of hair in my cookie from the guy who made my cookie she didn’t do anything about it I went in today. They made the cookie halfway served me didn’t greet. Didn’t speak like they need a new manager and they need a whole new team terrible customer service will not be going back.
Great experience. Walked right in to self- check order screen & within a few mins our order was ready. The crew was very polite and very interactive with us. Great experience & cookies.
