I work midnights. I arrived at Wendy's one morning and told them I was sick of breakfast food and asked if they could make a cheeseburger and fries, they said NO it would cross contaminate our grill. Then ordered a large seasoned potatoes and they gave me a small. They were also cold. Horrible!
I contemplated for days as to whether to comment or not. First, kudos for having the lobby open. I drove an extra 2.8 miles out of my way to Boardman Wendy's because the Wendy's on Market Street is apparently so profitable that they have no need to open their lobby to potential customers. Boardman Wendy's is not a well oiled machine. I waited for what seemed like forever, maybe 5 minutes in actuality, but the gal behind the counter seemed to be in training. Food didn't taste cooked well. Fries were kind of soggy and burgers didn't have as much flavor as at other locations. Workers were kind of loud, though I didn't hear anything that I wouldn't want my 4 year old to repeat. We likely won't be eating at this location again, as this was our second experience like this.
