The strawberry dragon fruit drink that I got today at this Dunkin’ location was very tasty, but the people who made my drink added way too much ice, and I had a difficult time paying for my order with my phone, but the woman who helped me told me to first double tap the right side of my phone, and then put my device to the credit/debit card reader.A note to everybody: if you decide to pay for your order or orders with the phone, you’re better off just ordering your stuff either...read full review

I didn’t get food, I got a bunch of gift cards for my employees and Evelyn took care of me. She was wonderful and organized and had a great attitude. I knew what I was asking for was tedious and time consuming and there were other customers who needed taken care of so Evelyn got another high spirited employee to take care of them instead of rushing me out and I really appreciate that. You don’t see good service like this very often these days. Thank you!

The girl at the window this time did not say hi or greet us and had no smile at all. Didn’t say a word not even ‘here you go’ or ‘you’re welcome’. It doesn’t hurt to share a smile or greeting.
