The location hermitage was terrible, the cookies are super thin and piled with a bunch of crap that wasn’t even correct. They broke once we pick up the cookie. There was nothing special about their cookies, taste like regular sugar cookies from the store.
The staff was rude. As soon as we walked in we were confronted and accused of trying to have a Birthday party without reserving one. Apparently, a little girl who got there first told them she was waiting to go to a Birthday party so instead of asking an adult they were confrontational as soon as we opened the door.
