“Where to start... Seated at 5:45pm to eat dinner for my father-in-law 84th birthday as well as visiting a friend singing in the band. Our waitress Jenny was so helpful during our 2 hrs. and 10 min. wait to be served our meal. We had our 17 month old boy and a 8 yr old grandchildren with us. As you are aware, keeping a 17 month at table hungry is not a easy task. Our 8 yr. old was very patient. Our Grandson drank to much punch as they dont have any juice. Just before our dinner arrived he was crying, so i picked him up and then he vomited all over me. No problem as he was tired and hungry. We seen a number or tables served and left during our wait. Received warm salads finally. Jenny our waitress was trying her best. Meals finally arrive, my $25.00 prime rib was cold and rubber, honesty the worst I ever tried to eat as i returned it, not good. I cant remember ever returning a meal. Fries cold and my wifes T-Bone Steak cold. At this point our baby is tired and sick so my wife had Jenny box her meal to eat in car because she took baby to car. So much for us seeing our friend sing in band. We are not picky and easy to please. So much for our experience at Towpath. Never heard from management or owner during our event. Some of our meal was credited. We left and no dinner for me. Sorry to say: Not a good time for us or the Birthday Boy. We have a 45 min drive and I'm smelling like vomit. Our poor child.. I have never left a 1 star or less review, always a 1st. BTW, had reservations and ordered from the posted meal specials. You would think if its a special service would be faster, obviously not the case. Granted when we arrived Tavern was quite full, but not when we left. Good Luck Towpath as we will never return.“

“Great atmosphere, pretty good food. I would eat here again. I’d rather come back at night instead of in the middle of the day, but this was the only alternative other than fast food for a middle of the day business lunch. But it was a good choice! The bartender gives out outstanding service!“

“We had a lovely time at this winery. Obviously, the location is very cool, and the building is full of history. The staff was also amazing and knowledgable which was useful given the wide array of wine available. While their drys are good, if you love sweet wine, make sure not to miss School House!“

“Lovely resturant we were greated right away by waitress(sorry cant remember her name) she joked with us like she knew us food was excellent and huge portions then the owner stephanie came and sat with us and talked like She knew us forever too definitely will be back!!“

“Friday fish fry, my favorite! I ordered the sampler with several seafood types. Highly recommend! Took my daughter there for the first time, she really enjoyed her burger and fries. Despite unexpected issue with the plumbing, the staff that was there diligently worked on a solution. I had to wait awhile on the food but it was excellent and professional. The overall experience was good as always. They eventually closed temporarily, but reopened once everything was back to normal. This may reflect as an updated review and after speaking with ownership, they are top notch and I never believed otherwise.“

“We only ever get take out so don't know how it is in the restaurant but it's in my top 3 for cheese pizza. Homemade pasta is also very good and the service at the back pick up has always been great. The cheese sticks are fantastic, I always eat more than I should.“

“Today was my first time in and the friendly staff was able to navigate me through their options. I ate lunch and had a smoothie (great flavor, macros and pricing). I took home a few grab and go’s for my freezer on busy days. I also downloaded the app to possibly order meals for the following week. I appreciate being able to eat clean with a busy life. “We go to this restaurant a lot. Everyone is very nice there. There food is excellent. They have breakfast all day long. They have nice buffet . Roast beef is excellent. Corn bread is great too. Highly recommend this place. U can also rent the place out- up to 250 people. Waitress's are great. They sell Jewelry there too, and some crafts.“

“We loved it! We are in our fifties and were in town for a concert. Menu had plenty of options and we were not disappointed. Ordered a salted caramel drink, an Original Grinder, fries, and a Key Lime Salad. All of the food was excellent and our server was efficient and friendly, even though it appeared they were short staffed. On top of it all, our check was only $36. Wish we lived closer!“

“Our favorite Mexican restaurant. Large portions with reasonable prices. Servers are friendly and usually get to your table within a few minutes. Love the chips and salsa! Hostess/cashier works her butt off and keeps things flowing smoothly. Always a weekly visit!“
