Got a steak calzone, a bit calzone and tots topped with bacon and cheese. Calzone were perfect, tots were burnt on the bottom. I overheard one of the workers telling the other that the tots got stuck in the oven but that they were ok to serve. Didn't see that they were burnt til I got home and I live over 5 miles from the store so I didn't feel like driving back.

I've never had a complaint about this place till recently, but I've always picked up my food. My car is in the shop right now, and it's raining and I wanted to order food more my son and I so I ordered delivery. It was supposed to be here an hour ago. I called literslly heard someone answer and put me on hold and the woman who answered was very rude and cut me off mid sentence when I was asking about my order status. She said the delivery person was out with it and it should he here shortly....20 more minutes ago...still nothing. We have to be up very early in th4 morning. I am highly dissatisfied and will NEVER order delivery from here again...I would have gotten my food faster by braving the rain and walking there and back...
