Pretty upsetting when you want to go to dinner and enjoy a meal out and the staff is sweating and looking miserable. We couldn’t even get comfortable and then we overheard staff talking about the air not working (that was evident) and it’s been like this for weeks. That’s disheartening that a company doesn’t care about their guests being comfortable, let alone the staff… a happy staff translates into a better guest experience.
