ordered cookies at about 12:30-ish, took a while to get a driver then they never even got delivered. when i tried to call the store to explain, i was told they were closed even though it was still around 20 minutes till closing. would not recommend, wasted $20 for nothing.

DoorDash these. Didn’t get my cookies for an HOUR. Then when they were delivered they were delivered to the wrong place. When I picked them up from the wrong location they were small/broken and cold.

I visited Insomnia Cookies in Bowling Green, Ohio about a month ago. I ordered 12 cookies online in the morning for pickup at noon on my lunch hour. When I went to pick them up, they weren’t ready and I had to wait fifteen extra minutes and two of the cookies were broken (no apologies given either). Today I decided to give them another chance and had a great experience. I explained to the young man what happened on my previous visit and he apologized and said he was the new manager and he got my cookies immediately himself and they were perfect! I had the S’mores cookie and got two Confetti cookies for my grand babies. If you’re in BG- give this place a try, you won’t be sorry!

Went there at 11:15. They were out of all the deluxe cookies except one kind. So they didn’t have what we wanted, spent $13 on only 4 cookies!!! Do not recommend!!!
