I visited Insomnia Cookies in Bowling Green, Ohio about a month ago. I ordered 12 cookies online in the morning for pickup at noon on my lunch hour. When I went to pick them up, they weren’t ready and I had to wait fifteen extra minutes and two of the cookies were broken (no apologies given either). Today I decided to give them another chance and had a great experience. I explained to the young man what happened on my previous visit and he apologized and said he was the...

Can't say how good or bad they are. They were out of cookies I wanted and asked if I could wait 20 minutes to get them. Was already late and had the travel back to Toledo. So, I left. Maybe I'll try again if I get to BG.
