Second time I was overcharged this month.
First time $15 for 3 pops. Then asked to change my order and the bill went up $5.
Went to the location on Wooster ordered same items for $5 less.

Went inside and ordered on the kiosk, it didn't print a receipt, and sat down. What looked like a manager brought our tray of food and I asked for our cups. She replies, "you get your cups yourself. " and walked away. There was no information provided on the kiosk indicating that we were to walk over to the counter to get our cups.
Their lids and ketchup was empty.
The floor was very greasy and nearly fell.
This is the second time I’ve dealt with this rude female manager. I took my kids out to lunch before school clothes shopping and my son got a girl toy in his happy meal. He asked if he could get it replaced, I said sure be polite say please and thank you. I of course was right behind him and he said excuse me to the girl 4 times before she got to him (she was to busy talking to a crew member about random stuff) she says “yes” my son asks “do you have another type of toys...read full review
