Ordered a frozen coffee and got an ice one. Also no whip cream on it or even asked if I wanted it.

Dunkin' is a convenient stop for a good coffee and donuts. The staff is friendly and polite, and the drive-thru service is quick, especially during weekdays. The crew often goes above and beyond, helping customers even when orders are complicated or go wrong. Customers often prefer Dunkin' over other coffee shops and find that their drinks are consistently good. While the food and drinks are just okay, the service is always good and reliable. Many customers appreciate the friendly employees who give attention to their pets with pup cups. Delivery options make it easy for workplace meetings or quick snacks. Despite occasional issues with order accuracy, the overall experience remains positive, thanks to the helpful staff. It's a dependable spot for a quick breakfast or snack, and the service makes up for minor inconveniences like the busy car wash area.
