I am gluten and dairy free and came to this Starbucks two weeks after being on campus. I ordered an iced PSL and forgot to say no whipped cream until they handed me my drink. I told the barista I forgot to say something about it and would just deal with it myself, but she assured me that she would remake it because of my allergy. Absolutely fantastic service, made me want to cry from how considerate the girls behind the counter were. Would absolutely recommend!
Sorry to be a Karen but I got a matcha latte and it was so gritty from them adding an insane amount of matcha.
If you’re on the warming station, why would you wait until you have 10 sandwiches warmed up before you bring them to the counter while people wait. Warm 3 up, drop those off, go back and warm up 3 more. The people whose food went in first now have a cold sandwich because theirs was sitting on the counter by the warmers instead of the counter that people pick up from. Love ya’ll and I know it gets busy in there but my sandwich being cold was a tad annoying
